Important Dates/Information:

The Bad Rock Creek Open is a split division event, make sure you look at the event description to know what day you will be playing.
This event caps at 72 players per day.

Early Bird Players Packs (ends Sept 21st)
As a bonus for registering early, you can pre pick your players pack. So even if you are the last person to check in, you will get the disc you asked for. During the early bird you also get the choice if you don't want the selected disc, you can opt for a $15 voucher (Players who register after the early bird date will receive a $10 Voucher) or you can decline the entire players package and save $10

Ace Pool starts at $1002, plus what is added from registrations. This is a weekend Ace Pool, meaning that this Ace Pool will include both days for Mighty Mo and Bad Rock Creek Open. If no Ace is hit on the weekend, the balance is split between the KC Mini Series Finale and the starting balance for the 2017 KC Mini Series Season.

Fundraisers
As always, we have some fundraisers available which help with the success of the event. All of the fundraiser options are on the online registration page. If you want one and are not playing, you can PM Scott Reek.

There is also an players package upgrade where you can get a Dynamic Discs Micro Basket for $30 (normal retail is $40) I have a limited amount of these

Dont forget Sept 21st is the cutoff for the Early Bird Special.

What is the early bird special.
By registering by September 21st, you get the option to pre select your players package disc, maybe you dont want the disc, you can select a $15 DDKC Voucher or maybe you just dont need anything and would rather take $10 off your entry fee and decline the entire players package.  Either way you have options.  You could be the last person to check in and you will be guaranteed what you selected.

After Sept 21st, you still get the players package, you just get to pick from what is available.

Thank you

Last year if you did not land in bounds regardless of where you hit you had to go the DZ.  I think that's how it reads again this year.

Unless you have a spotter, that makes sense.  The rule of verticality would cause the same issue.  Did I hit a tree over land then fall back into the water?  Where do I play from?  It eliminates much confusion.

On hole #2, you have to establish a safe lie in order to proceed.  If you are OB in the water, regardless of flight, you go to the drop zone with a stroke penalty.

Also if a player does not feel they can cross the water without going OB, they can elect to go to the drop zone with a 1 stroke penalty without throwing the shot.

1 stroke penalty?  Wouldn't they be throwing three if they go straight to the DZ?

MK, regardless if you play the shot and go OB or if you elect to not throw the shot, you still aquire the same penalty and throwing 3 from the short pad dropzone

Kujo.

All Long Pads except #4 is the right pad
