2016 Legacy League
« on: March 30, 2016, 10:40:47 PM »
Legacy 2016 Summer League will kickoff with Cali Singles this Friday April 1 with cards going out from 5:00 PM to 5:45PM.

Come get a taste of Legacy, course will be set kinda medium with #1, #2, #4, #9, #10, and #18 set long with everything else short.

Word is that there will be a million dollar purse ;D and the Ace Fund to start the season is $439.

Also, heard that the President is planning on making an "appearance" (you know, the guy that picked KU to win the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament ::)).  Probably want to get there early, I understand he's bringing his entourage ??? with him.

    Cali Singles rules.

Entry fee is $6 with optional $1 Ace Fund ($5 payout with $1 to KCFDC)

3 Divisions will be offered: Open, Amateur, and Women.

Minimum of 3 required to form a Division of Open or Amateur.

1 extra throw per hole to be used at player's discretion on any throw.  Must notify card that you're using the "Cali" throw before next player throws.

Only initial throw for each hole is eligible to win Ace Fund (if entered in Ace Fund).

Women get 2 strokes (if no Women's Division is formed).

Hope to see you on Friday, any questions about League, give me a call at 816-210-1063.

    Dan

Welll, the President stood us up and the Vice-President elected not to come either  :'(...guess the conditions were to windy and cold for the executives  ::).

Eleven out for Cali Singles.  Kevin Weiss lead from start to finish, shooting a -8 to edge Jordan Hinck who shot a -7.  Charles Bryan picked up last cash with a  -6. Bird of the night was Jordan's bird on #18 Long.  Toughest hole on the course was #4 Long (only 2 pars with multiple 4s, a 5, and a 6. :-*)

  Kevin Weiss                         46 $38
  Jordan Hinck                         47 $17
  Charles Bryan                      48  $10
  Paul Beard                           49
  Paul Kreke                            49
  Jay Cram                              51
  Scott Murphy                        51
  Tyler Dennis                          52
  Rob Jackson                          52
  Colin Clement                       53
  Dan Coffman                        55

With 11 getting in, Ace Fund is $450.

Next League Friday 4/9/16 at 5:45PM, any questions about League give me a call at 816-210-1063.

Jay Cram will be filling in for me this week.
