Flighted after the first round? Doesn't that open the door for, ummmm, sandbagging?  ;D

I have an image shack logo that doesn't want to post here.....anybody know why?

With the payout we will be giving to "A" flight....you will not want to bag.....lower flights will get considerably less money!

Did you save the image locally and upload it, or attempt to copy/paste a link off of imageshack?  Many hosts will prevent hot-linking by redirecting to a different image altogether.  Other than that, might want to make sure the image is a valid extension that isn't prohibited by the board for uploading.

Hopefully if we can find a DR mower...

FYI, Croft Rental on Kansas Ave has what they call a "walk-behind weed mower". I don't know if that's a DR-style mower, or just one of those walk-behind whips, like Jack has.

They also have a tractor and brush hog, but I'm not sure what they charge to rent it.

I'm not quite sure I understand the format here.  Is there just a single pool or will there be an Am and Pro pool?  If it's just a single pool, what's the payout looking like?  Just curious.

Teams will be flighted out for the 2nd round based on 1st round scores.  Pretty standard stuff.  Yes, there is an opportunity for sandbagging there, but apparently the monetary compensation is much greater for those that don't sandbag.

A lot of times, sponsors like to be the only choice at events, it also helps promote their beverage.....just an FYI, unless I buy beer for the Lions Den out of pocket and pick and choose, we try to keep it to one company.  Big XII will have me again this year though, wish I could make it.....

I would like playing in this. I see there are a few singles listed. I would accept an invite to play as a partner. I'm not a long arm but have been known to make good putts and other interesting shots. If either Dan Zink or Paul Eklund would accept me as a partner would be fine. Anybody else interested in wanting a partner. PM me.
I have a partner now. Thanks!

I don't think the pads were moved today. I haven't told them where to put them yet. The new holes are something I've been working on with the City since 2007, and I finally got approval and we got-r-done.  8)

Any chance there is an overhead map of the concept for the OBs?

If not no worries, I just like to know how to plan (and it saves walking up to look at every single one if I have an idea what is going on).

One of the players, Jim Muzic, and his wife just had a baby today.  The likeliness of him playing this weekend is slim to none, so, what is the chance of his spot being replaced.  I don't see it being a problem, but for 'official' sake, I thought that I would inquire.

The tourney was a great time today. Thanks for all that were involved in making it happen. Crazy ob's, good company, great disc golf.
I left a 153 orange blizz boss floating in the water that i couldn't reach. (Horrible shot of a tree) No name or number but would give you my thanks and a few bucks for it back. Thanks in advance.

I got to throw in my first Ram 'n' Salmon yesterday, and I wanna say thanks.  It was an awesome time, and maintained pretty darn well.  The weather was nearly perfect, but not a tropical island get away.  I just wanna let everyone know that if you haven't already, please check for ticks.  I had one on me this morning, and I picked one of someone during the first round.  I'm imaging that it was from the two new holes, but who knows where they came from.

The ticks will be real bad on the new holes. Deet is the answer. Bass Pro sells some 100% deet that works great at keeping the critters off ya, but it does make you sterile.

To be fair, had it been KU/MU, the fans around me and my brother would have been completely baffled by our comments, wondering what planet we came from....I got called an A-hole, and was told that they used to like Baylor fans, but not after us....I explained that I am not a fan of Texas either, that I would gladly give $5 to build the wall for them, but that the way that these kittens left the area, and how it will hurt the KC area was even more retarded (sorry not a word any longer...)but A GINORMOUS mistake (Yeah, and that is in the dictionary now....go figure...) that will hurt many in our area for years......

Silly kittens....so now the conference has 3 teams all named tigers....so I guess they all know how to spell that animal then?  Surprised they didn't just call them Cat's.....oh wait they have those wild ones already as well.....
