Prairie Center / Found - Backpack w/ discs
« on: August 16, 2014, 03:40:04 PM »
Found a backpack last week with some discs in it.  Two discs had two different numbers and neither matched the paperwork inside the pack.  Byron Bruce was the name inside.

Here are the results from the 1pm round at Cliff.  We played all 21 holes.  I figured par at 64 with that layout.

Travis C  66
Kelly       67
Tony T.   68
Jeff W.    77
Rob H.    77
Nate Z.   86

I think the name should involve horseshoes but that's just me.

Farrier - One who shoes horses.

Farrier Hills/Medows, ect.

Found and Lost / Found - Backpack At PC tonight.

Found a backpack and some discs sitting at the shelter on 18 tonight at league.  There are documents to identify to person but no number.

Hey I can help show how not to throw.   ;)

Don't forget the girls.  Got a 7 year old girl and 8 year old boy who like playing.

Will definitely try to make it.  In the area anyway.

FYI, I think the MAC has Rosie that day.

From another thread:
Friday August 1st at Rosedale Park

Don't know if this will affect you.  Just a heads up.

Don't forget that you can buy misprint discs for about 2-3$ cheaper than new.  Dynamic Discs has a selection.  Give 'em a call to see what you are looking for.  They also have a ton of used discs.  Don't know if Disc Golf World has either but call them too to be sure.

Don't go to Play it again sports.  90% of those are trashed and way too expensive for the condition.

Discraft is coming out with a new Z-Lite line of discs.  I am sure a buzz will be part of it so probably light enough for kids.

Latitude has a line of easy to use discs that are mostly lightweight.  Got some for my son (8 Years) and he loves them.
