This is more out of curiosity than anything at this point, but, looking at the sign-ups, they seem a bit "lacking" in the Open, and Masters side of things this year.  I know there's still a month to go, but, I remember a lot more folks being signed up by this point last year.  Just seems weird that there's a possibility of me being able to say "Hey, I placed in the Top 10 this year in Masters!"....lol

Joe Hesting got himself an Ace this past Saturday at the Disc Unlimited Open, in Herington, KS.  I believe it was hole 18, straight tunnel shot.  I think he said it was a skip Ace, but, I'll let him confirm that.  I didn't see it, but, saw a picture, and I was there on the course.  Good enough for me.    Nice Ace Joe!

Well, I learned something today.  I had renewed my membership to the Professional side, and even though I haven't accepted any cash yet, my invite got yanked to Am Worlds.  I had to call them up and talk to the Tour Director, to get it to where he/they understood that.  I'm back on the invite list, but unknowingly figured they would see that I hadn't accepted any yet.  Wasn't planning on accepting any until after Am Worlds, (insert your joke here...lol... ), but he said he didn't look at it that way.  If he sees Professional, it's an automatic yank.  FYI, for those that try that approach.

It shouldn't be nearly as windy at worlds in July as it was last April. July and August typically have much calmer winds in Kansas than April.

I second that Tom.  You'll be wanting some wind in July, even though it'll feel like a furnace...lol
