I say we throw out Jake's score.  Clearly that's an outlier intended to skew the stats for everyone else. 

Also, Greg I don't see Kevin Zane's score listed.  I think he shot a 52.

I finally got a chance to play Longview on Saturday morning, and despite it being set short I really enjoyed it.  I kept waiting for these monster ~650ft blind dogleg holes, but they never came.  Probably for the best though, as I was in a bit of a hurry anyways.

We started on the back nine, due to around 20 players starting a mini and getting ready to tee off on 1.  We got lost on a couple of holes, but otherwise wasn't terribly difficult to find the next tee.  Could definitely use some signs though, but I'm assuming that's coming soon. 

Put up a 55 after missing a few easy putts.  I'm excited to go back and play it again, hopefully the pins get moved frequently.

I actually thought this years bottled Hop Slam was on par with last years, and it's still probably my favorite seasonal.  However, I wasn't real impressed with it on tap down at Flying Saucer.  I did have a cold at the time, so there's that.  I would agree with Palmer though that Double Jack ranks right up there with it, minus the honey.   

I've been getting into imperial stouts lately, and my latest love affair is the bourbon barrel-aged from Schlafly.   http://schlafly.com/beers/styles/bourbon-barrel-aged-imperial-stout/  Drinks similar to last years Rye On Rye for me.  I honestly wasn't real hot with Schlafly in general, but between this and their T-IPA they are slowly becoming a label I look for when browsing through the coolers. 

When can we expect KBS to come in?

Can you clarify what you mean by 'start up screen'?  If it's not getting past the initial BIOS screen, you're most likely looking at a hardware problem.  If it's stuck at the loading Windows splash screen, using F8 to boot to safe mode and troubleshooting from there is probably going to be your best bet. 

Did it just start having these issues?  You can attempt to restore the system to a previous date once in safe mode if so.  If all else fails, you should at least be able to remove the hard drive, throw it into another computer and retrieve the data unless it's severely messed up.

Matt - I owe you tag #30 for the second round.  If I still have it next time I see you it's all yours provided you don't have something lower. 

It was a fun tournament no doubt, couldn't have asked for better weather in February.  Both rounds our card had very little backups up until the end, and everything seemed to flow rather well for having ~90 players in the field.  Thanks for hosting Scott, enjoyed seeing a great turnout for Shawnee Mission.

Also, I got my first tan line for the year!

Ahhh Prodigy...my first experience with the Information Superhighway was via Prodigy back in like 1994.  CompuServe had nothing on them!

I'd be more worried about Star Trek.

This was the first thing I thought of as well after seeing their logo.
