Actually now that I look at it. The Emporia stores closed at 9:00 (still do) and the Olpe one closed at 10:00. Hey, it was a while back.

I have never golfed in Olpe, KS. I'm not even sure I have been there in the daytime. When I went to ESU in the 70s, the Emporia liquor stores closed at 10:00 but they stayed open until 11:00 in Olpe. I was usually the one not drinking so I would be the person to make the 10:30 run to Olpe for booze.  The mention of Ople, KS will always make me think of those times.  ;D

Now my Alias is Inspired to join this Clash of Insanity like a Virus and throw a Photon, Atom-smashing Fireball to keep the Inertia going. My Impulse is to Shock you Resistors and show who the real MVP is.

These other brands just be a Proxy for the real thing. My Theory is that they Envy, and Crave to be like the true Icon of the sport. I Motion that the Wrath they show is a Tangent to hide that they are off Axis and their Vector is flawed.

The Axiom here gets me Amped up like a 1000 Volt Tesla Servo. Ya’ll just need to Switch.  Now Imma Wave bye bye to you negative Anodes and Ions.

Liberty Parks Department Rocks!!!

Went out today for the first time in a week or so. The last pad (12 long) has been poured, there is a mulch path between hole 11 long and short pads, more rock was put down in strategic places, and the baskets were being moved as I played. Hole 12 pin is now on the edge of the lake, which is very full.

I spoke to the guy moving pins and he was concerned about the grass being too high (It's not). He said he wanted to mow today but it's still too wet. It's looking like we are going to be pretty spoiled out there.  :)

Fenton hit #13 at Liberty today. Not sure what he threw but it was solid.

Just a few more pads need to be poured. Five or six more have been put in this week. Three still has none as of today. Some bozo couldn't stand not being first and climbed over orange cones and yellow tape to throw from 14 long pad while it was still wet, forever leaving their mark.  >:(

Had a talk with a couple of bikers regarding the trails and course. Hopefully everyone will be aware and we won't have any major issues. There are some spots where things could happen for sure.

The course is looking beautiful and I have been enjoying what is there. My problem has been only throwing one drive per hole with so many multiple pins and pads.

This photo courtesy of Ted Kieth's FB page was taken yesterday.

"Go ahead, throw the yellow one. — at Baldwin City Lake. "

The Baldwin City Lake course is mowed fairly well and looks beautiful. But be warned, the rough is rough on about half the holes. If you get off of the mowed fairways in shorts you will bleed. The tall grass is marked OB on the signs. That being said, it was my first time there and I really enjoyed the course. Better than expected.

Thanks to all involved for putting on another great event! I enjoyed it despite the weather.

No name but there is a distinguishing mark on it.

Sounds good to me. If some need to start early they can. I'll be there with beers on.

I could do either. Can you make 11:30 Bird Father??

Friday Traveling Ace!

Blue Valley of Kansas hole #10. 210ft with a FLX Avenger SS. $146 payout. The line was good but it was like eight feet too high. Hit an apple laden hedge branch and shot straight down into basket. No chains.  ;D

I guess Americans don't care for the coffee.

The first Amsterdam coffee shop I visited had a coffee machine, but it was out of order. I actually wanted a coffee too.
