Big thanks to Dick, Jack, Crispian, and everyone else who volunteered and helped with the KCFDCC. And congrats to CD and the rest of the members who won their flights!

do you want us to contact you on here? and can we just go to DD and purchase them (or will they be at the KU Bookstore/Union?)? also when does the fundraiser end? As a KU Alum I will gladly support you.

The circles are cool, but they may do it because their large rough unit is a pull behind - PTO Driven gang unit, so to protect the baskets from being damaged. Maybe they take the 72" zero turn out to do cleanups and edge work and let the big mower eat the majority of the hay. But what do I know, being a turf guy. Im sure Packer Dave has the inside scoop.

Don't forget folks, we are not used to having this much grass in the middle of august. They might have cut back mowing schedules counting on typical weather and rain patterns and forgot to (or didn't schedule enough help) switch it back to spring schedule. Usually our discs are skipping a good 50 to 60 feet by now instead of a hit and stick shot. Enjoy the nicer weather and softer walking paths.

A 2013 City of Fountains White World. I will trade...Cash? Beer? I might have a disc you use, but being a flick player I doubt I have much. I checked at our local Disc Golf establishments today for one and they have none left. Maybe Scott knows where I could find one, or Jack, or somebody? I really loved my COF World and since it has been eaten by the wild Olatheans at PC I would really like to find a replacement or two. Yes I have other Worlds...but this one/type is my fav. Please and thanks for any help.

I lost my 175g Grape Champion Ape left on Hole #4. Hit the left tree in the gap, I think it kept going but dove farther left into the tall grass? 2 ice cold beers for it's return.

I might still have mine if I didn't give it to Nailer or one of the guys, I will look just in case you can't find it, and If I have it I will give you mine or maybe accept a "trade" of some sort.

It was a tough hot night to play, but a very cool setup. What was Par for the course btw? I forgot to ask or look. Thanks MK for keeping the league fresh each week, you are an outstanding LD.

It's not "way out there" Steve, compared to P-Hill. It's off of the biggest highway in Kansas or Missouri, I-70.

Anyway... since negative train seems to keep choo-choo'ing along these forums, let me tell you why I cannot make it.

I have two kids under 6 and Friday for me is time to spend with the family. I too am married and tend to only make one league night a week, and this year Tuesdays seem to work best for me and the wife, so I've been going to SMPark. I do agree that Friday seems to be a more family outing sort of night, so maybe your demographic should cater more to the "Masters/Grandmasters" who's kids are older and are out doing their own thing on Friday Nights, or the "Young Gun's" who have yet to, or are not looking to start a family sometime soon.

For those who have never played Wy-Co, it really is a great layout. It has a few picturesque shots, a few tight holes, and some wide open bombs. It's a good mix of distance and terrain, but still forgiving to the "Am" player. Is it Cliff or WW? No, but it's definitely a disc course you should play more than once and I think you would enjoy it. Best of luck in recruiting more folks to come out and play, and if I ever get a free Friday evening I will make the "Oregon Trail" journey about 9 minutes down K-7 to visit from Olathe.
