Even I throw a Boss on occasion too. A blizzard Boss though. ;)

Sweet robots with starbusts coming out of their throwing hand don't need a reason.  8)

General Banter / Handicap possible?
« on: May 21, 2015, 12:58:07 pm »
Going to be playing with some Open and Advance players for experience.

Is it reasonable to say a 10 point difference in ratings suggest a 1 stroke equality?

For example, I'm a 908 playing a 980 player.

Would it be reasonable to calculate "roughly" a 7 stroke handicap for me?

Or is there more to it?

Thoughts, ideas, comments appreciated.

What time and where? PM me your #.

I know I know.
It's not that I can't go.

The time is there.
Tis not fair.

And I ain't that old Jack. Yea, a lil serious knee arthritis keeping me from being as active as I want to be.

I'm just wondering if they will even have a team...

All those posts and still this?

Why don't ya go out back and poop, biggest pile loses.
It seems Eastside is full of it. ;)

A plausible alternative Jack. My weekend is wide open.

Now about your previous reply on BV (fingers on desk drumming up a reply...)

Who's playing Saturday?

Looking forward to it Kujo.

I have a few hours this upcoming three day weekend to donate. I'm not working, not on call, not going out of town too, so what can I do?

BV is not for the average or recreational player.

Most of the holes are the same delivery due to the distance. Drive to fairway,  another same drive, maybe a third same drive too, then lay up and putt out or try for a long distance putt.

Some of the holes are fun there, though there are not many of them, but enough to play the course two or three times a year.

Thank You to all who volunteer at BV cleaning up and improving the course too. It's really appreciated.

Ty Tg!!!

I just may
as I say
do drive down
and play two rounds.

I'm in such a giddity mood.
