Rob Martin will be doing PDGA right? It says Rob Miller, but I am sure Eric, in his rush to be awesome, just made an error...

Yes Crispi, Rob has my support and vote of Confidence.

Rob, your in!!! STICK TO IT.

Jack, cease your belittling ways.  You of all people should know better.  And furthermore, I believe you're the only one that has your own disc golf event too.

Rob, your IN!!! Let's DO this...

May 23rd & 24th - First Flight Presented by Axiom Discs - Ams only A-Tier
We've added another course this year. Players will play one round each at The Canyons at Dellwood Park, Highland Park, and Channahon Community Park.

Sounds delightful but I'm sorry. I don't recognize these courses. What city/state are you from?

I'm from the greatest disc golf club capital of the world, Kansas City Flying Disc Club of KS/MO (alphabetically correct). Don't need another border war.  ;)

 And I'm NOT BULLSH*TING either!!!

Add in four more courses forthcoming in the next couple of years too.

I wondered about this.  Does anybody know how many PDGA approved 18 hole courses are there within a geographical area, per se, within an hours drive of a central location? Jack you're pretty good knowing this kinda stuff.  Rick? How about you and your demographics?

I'm checking clubs, N S E and W within a two hour drive and damn. There's a B or C tier almost every weekend once the weather breaks. Talk about options now. Sheesh...

I wonder if its alternating holea Jack? Let's keep it simple. One rd, one way. Another rd, another way. And leave it as so.

or play the LDO.....

Jack always trying to "put in a plug."   ;)  Oh I'm sure you'll do fine Jack if a half dozen or so venture out east to this event.  I've only posted it since the sign-ups are next week.  I didn't mean to "rain on the LDO" Jack.

If you add Columbia, you need to add Des Moines....better course IMO for Des Moines (better=more and variety) than Columbia, but I love Columbia as well, and encourage them both as "must go to" events.

There's a bit of a drive time difference on those. If we add Des Moines, then we had better all go play Ledgestone Insurance Open in Peoria this year.

The 2015 Ledgestone Insurance Open presented by Discraft is taking things to a new level. Yesterday evening it was announced on SmashboxxTV’s weekly podcast that this year’s event would have a mind-boggling $65,000 of added cash! You may be thinking, was that too many zeroes? No, it wasn’t. This year’s event will add a staggering amount of cash to the event, essentially making it the richest payout in the history of the sport. “With a full field of professional players, the pro purse will be just shy of $115,000”, said tournament director Nate Heinold #49340.

Registration opens 3/2/15 at 7PM CST for any player rated 990 and above as of the most recent ratings update. Registration opens for everyone else 3/4/15 at 7PM CST.

“The amateur players will have the best player’s pack in the country. I truly have lost count of how many discs are in the player’s pack (it’s at least 8) and it also includes a shirt, metal mini, trotter box, and more. Also, not $1 will come out of the amateur entry fees to pay for tournament expenses or the player’s packs. Every dollar of their entry fee will go into their payout,” stated Heinold.

The Recreation division will pay out a whopping 80% of the players in the division, while the Advanced division will give $500 to the winner assuming a full field of players. Do not miss the opportunity to play in one of the biggest tournaments of the year!

Nice try Quiz but ah'nope!!!

Section 2.1.3 Dogs, Cats, and Other Animals.
(a) All dogs, cats, and other like domesticated animals shall be kept leashed and under control while within District Facilities, except that when within the designated boundaries of OFFLEASH AREAS dogs may be allowed to run or swim off leash. For the purpose of this section, the term “leash” means a physical tether attached to the dog by which a person can maintain control over the dog. Electronic collars and other devices, even though manufactured for control purposes, do not meet the leash requirements of this section.

Tieing to stationary object does not constitute "maintaining control."   Grrrrrrrrr...

I was going to volunteer after work today Scott but I'd be "afraid" what "might" happen when I drop Luna's leash to shovel and sweep the pad.

Then again, I guess I can try it with one arm to ensure I have visible leash control with Luna.  ;D ;D
