Why is the registration so low for this event? I was kicking around the idea of making the trip to mark a course off the played list, but can't justify it if there are no other Open or Pro Masters players.

Anybody going???? Just not registered???

Plenty of room left

Cal moved some baskets on Wednesday, so the course should be ready to go.

Anthony if you friend plays Rec. He will most likely get a disc and a voucher. It is trophy only and that has been the P.P. the last few events.

Just talked to Cal Patton and the course will be set by Wednesday.

Thanks Rob!

Two weeks out, on what is going to be a fun weekend.

Need some feedback on Pamona. Plan on blasting off from Lawrence and heading to Pamona after the awards. I see there is a small 9 hole course that we should probably invade. What should we do? Ace Race type event, Glow doubles, or maybe a 2 disc challenge.

Haven't played the Wolf Creek course. I notice that there are many looooong holes with very narrow tall grass lined fairways. Do any of these need to be shortened for speed of play and increased fun? Someone in the know, fill me in.

Rob...any chance you could update the title of this thread to include Pamona?

Thanks for the info on the Pamona course. I haven't played/been to the park. We will for sure adjust the tee on the playground hole...the mowing may be out of our hands. Will see if we can work some magic.

Thanks for posting Joe.

I am excited to take the RV to the Cornhusker state. It will be it's first adventure that way.

The RV will be rolling into Lincoln "Max Roper" early on Friday. Doing a 2 disc challenge and flex start doubles. Camping at the Camp-A-Way...the best campground ever (Tankster can vouch for it), then heading to Pioneer Park for the tourney on the temp. course Saturday morning.

The plan is to camp and have a discin good time in Beatrice on Saturday night.

Part of the reason for moving was to allow for camping the night before the event.

Yes this event will be a PDGA B-Tier. The boys in Manhattan have some good things going on...make sure to check out the other 2 courses while you are in town.

Going to be a fun Saturday evening and Sunday event.

This event is not a PDGA sanctioned event. All payout and procedures will be in align with the PDGA rules and regulations.

Sorry for the late notice....that is completely my fault.

Hope some of you guys and gals can make a day trip out of it.

Yo KC!

This event isn't full, but it is getting close. We have now reopened all divisions, which gives everyone a chance to register and be part of what is going to be the best Pro/Am A-tier in the world this year.

If you cannot play, we do invite you to come to Emporia and be part of the event as a spectator. You are also invited to kick it at the players party on Saturday night.

Look for tee times on Friday of this week.
