Old Pike / An Ace on the Lagoon Hole

It was a bad news/good news night.  I DID pitch my Coyote into that small pond mentioned before.  But I redeemed myself by acing the lagoon hole.  I was thinking about skipping it.  Glad I didn't.  Curved a forehand in and heard the loud ching.  I even got applause from the lifeguard.  I may have to show up for league next week with that case of beer Duane tells me I'm supposed to bring.

Has the date been set for the Ice Bowl 2010 yet?  I had a blast in the bitter cold in my first one, and look forward to having some friends join me for 2010.

Found and Lost / Lost green Ice Bowl Wraith at Rosedale on 6/24

Lost my favorite disc on #1.  It is bright green and went to the right beyond the pin placements near the path to Down Under.  Any help locating would be much appreciated.  Should have the initials DBE on it.

This is a fun little course.  I enjoyed the elevation changes and the woods.  I will gladly go back and play again.  The v-shaped mando is just evil, though.

What are the out-of-bounds for the tournament?

Not that I'm worried, but I have put it on Mission Road twice on 18.  Since they cut back the trees next to the pin, it seems to go through without much to stop it on those windy days.

Blue Valley / Missing Tee Sign at 14

I just played Blue Valley for the first time yesterday.  Man, that course was loooong.

Anyway, we either played the wrong tee for number 14 or the sign was missing or I just missed it.

General Banter / Re: Legacy Park Course in Lee's Summit

When is a new area for Legacy Park discussion going to be created, like the other courses?  Curious to know the status (mowed, etc.).

Still fairly new and I'm trying to play all the different KC courses.  Played 3 (Rosedale, Water Works, and Swope) and part of Down Under (%&$#^).  Going to try adding Shawnee Mission and Wyandotte next Tues, and maybe the two Blue Valley courses on Thanksgiving or Friday after.

Found and Lost / Lost Yellow Transparent Monster @ Water Works

The hill to the right on number 4 ate my Monster.  It's transparent yellow, so the leaves don't help.  has the initials "DBE' on it.

If found, drop it at Disc Golf World or call me at 816-719-1862.
