I only played there once when my brother came in town to visit, and we all got about 8 ticks each!!! Walked under a tree with a HUGE snake only inches from my face. Found a baby deer chillin in the bushes next to a tee, and found a tunnel spider!!
What a weird day! I sure hate ticks though. Since then I have kept a bottle of tick spray with me whenever I play.

I definitely don't think that it is bad manners, but I haven't played in a few months so I haven't seen it. Sorry. Hopefully you both find them. I sure hate losing discs!

I usually play at Prairie Center (Olathe) and go to Rosedale some as well. I really enjoy playing Water Works though. That course is very fun, but so tiring! haha
Those are the three main ones. I need to travel and go to some of the other ones!

What is all inolved in the Ice Bowl? Just a doubles tourney in Jan? How much does it cost? Where is it at?

I think Water Works is pretty tough, but I haven't played Blue Valley.
I like the Olathe park the most I think. And I really like the holes! 3 and 13 are really fun! It is close to my house and the park there is really clean and my kids like clean parks! haha
I think Rosedale is a lot of fun as well. Not as clean IMO, but most golfers don't go because of the clean playground.

Hello to all! Just signed up on your forums and thought that I would say Hi.
I have been playing disc golf for a few years now and LOVE it. I am not super good but I can keep my disc in the fairway now! hahaha
I am excited to get more into the community of players and meet a lot more people that actual want to play. I have a few friends that play but it seems whenever I want to play, they flake out! Either way, I am going to try to be a lot more active this year, so hopefully I will see some of you on the courses!!!
