I will follow up with the P&R.  I got all the lumber to my house last night, I forgot your grill Dan, which is by #1 still.

I'll let you know what I find out from the city.  I had asked yesterday if they could do a Saturday pour, but they thought that we were finishing, and I sent a note yesterday asking them to bring in the gravel, and place it, since they had more machines.  I have Thursday afternoon where I am to go to Thornfield, but if I need to be at Cliff on Thursday to make this happen I will.

Will keep you posted.  THanks for fixing it!

the disc don't matter, its the cahnce to win and support the worlds

Thanks Dan et al for the work this weekend, I will have to get out there and see this new 9, soounds like a lot of progress is coming nicely to make this course even better.  The partnership that you folks are developing with the city is exactly what needs to happen!!!

Thanks for helping to keep KC great to play DG in!

its in the starter if it was good, then it was good......its at the shop, I had it towed there last night.....stupid old truck, and $90 tow bill....but hey its ok.

On the is what I got from the city today, and I did not really like it, but hey it is what it is.

They are going to find out when the concrete can come in, I guess they are under the impression that we will finish the pads.  They were planning on bringing in the gravel and actually were supposed to bring it with the lumber last week.  So now I have to figure out when they will bring it, and when they will use it to dump, or if they expect us to do that as well......I am going to get some finalization from the other folks in the P&R to ensure that this is the plan.

I also would like to thank all of the following for the help
Mike Keizer
Dan Weinart
Kelly Warren
Steve Hostetler
Nick Winklebauer
John Buckle
Brett Long
Steve Glover
Christopher Timko
Mike Keizer 2 buddies
Mr./Mrs. Tom Butler

Who else am I missing?  It is coming along quite nicely, and hopefully we will be able to pour as early as this weekend, so.....pass along the information, and I will get confirmation of dates.

all pads same size
16x8 in the rear
x4 in the front
Plan on heading ahead with Kelly to level and string off the pads, as we finish people can come in and align the wood against the string, and it will be level, then next week get the city to come and pour and finish.
Wood was dropped off by hole #8 basket today, so we will use the "party area" as the staging launch.

It is happening folks......

I am slammed at work, but the plan is for me to pick up the supplies at the Parks building Friday morning.  I am hopeful that this is confirmed with a note to the parks that was sent in follow up to my conversations last week to establish this time line.  I do know that they are out of pocket until Thursday so at this point it is a go.  Do not look for any follow ups from me about it, as I will be heading into meetings the next three days, and will not be checking on this or other threads.

AS of now, yes.  We need tools to make it work, but I believe that Keizer said he has what we need.  If we have others that want to help, the more the merrier, we can maybe station the cutting of the wood, and I will have the boxes marked out to make it easy for other teams of individuals to make it happen.

Thanks and yes, please bring more help, we need it.

I am planning on starting to get the pads formed up on this w/e.  I'll be grabbing the supplies from the P&R this week or next and then will need help setting things up.  THe only holes that may have to wait will be 1 & 7, and I also want to pick up trash by #1, #5 (top of the hill that has been dumped) and if adventurous, #12.....pipe dream......

I also hope to get the baskets all replaced during this time frame with the actual baskets instead of the practice baskets.

Any and all help would be appreciated, please spread the word.

Lets try 9-3 for a time frame on Saturday, and 10-3 on sunday.
