FYI, there will be a superclass throwdown shortly after the opening, and probably even a superclass glow dubs league through the winter(looking like Wednesdays)...with 1 night a month of variety, TBA. Keep a lookout.

Are we really bringing it back this year?  If so, it is scheduled for just over 2 weeks away, and no info up yet.

I assume Utz still shows up, but haven't heard or seen anything in awhile, and I haven't been able to make Thursdays for quite awhile.

I'll be there either way, if anybody wants to play dubs on a beautiful evening.

We can celebrate a KSU victory and a KU loss together with beverages!!!

General Banter / Snow Golf
« on: March 04, 2014, 07:36:01 AM »
To all those idiots out there.

General Rules of Playing after it has recently snowed:

1.  Bring a shovel and clean the tees off.

2.  If you do not have a shovel or don't want to clean the tees,  DON'T TEE OFF FROM THE TEE, DIPS&!T.  Now you have caused an ice patch across the tee, so nobody else can throw from the tee.  Just Tee from the side moron, or make up some safari holes until the tees have melted or been cleaned.

Summer Leagues / What's going on with the lack of information?
« on: August 07, 2013, 01:46:24 PM »
We used to be pretty good on here about getting scores and Ace funds announced in a timely manner.  Now I rarely see any info for weeks at a time on over half the leagues ran in town.

Is there some inter-political dispute going on between League Directors and KCFDC we don't know about?
Or is everybody just too busy?/Lazy?

Are we trying to hide the amount of our Ace-funds so out-of towners don't come in and take it?
Or have we just lost track of where the money is? /Or somebody is in Vegas right now trying to double-it on black, and we will all be surprised later? ;D

Anyway, not b%tching, just wondering why the information highway is so broke-down right now.

If everybody is too busy, just email me all your league info, and I will submit it, with all the endless time I have at work surfing the web ???

« on: January 25, 2013, 08:37:04 AM »
6:00 glow dubs tonight.

I'm sure the usual 4-5 of us will show up.  And talking with Mr. Parker this morning, it sounds like he wants to there will be lights out there if you need any.

Weather looks pretty solid at 40 degrees with little to no winds.

Kan-U-Wyco is just around the corner...and playing it at night, can only help you in the day:)
