I have a plan for Super-class this Sunday the 13th.  I would like to play the proposed course at Austin Harmon Park in Prairie Village.  Was out there walking my dogs and throwing the frisbee this last weekend, and decided I don't want to wait til it's built to play it.

We will play the proposed 9 hole layout, and I would like to add 3 killer holes to go along with it.  2 rounds for 24 holes. I need some help with some more portable baskets though(I have 2), and I need some up-front commitments, so we can make this happen.  A good 5-6 more baskets and I can make it work.

I haven't heard any more news on this course anyway, so you never know if they are changing their plans on building it.  So maybe we can get a good showing out there and get some good photos as proof of the actual Interest in a disc golf course.

Please respond if you can bring a basket and/or you are interested in playing.

Sunday at 8:30, Austin Harmon Park, 79th & Delmar, PV-KS  Superclass discs only - but I will try to bring some extras out as well.  Probably play dubs.

I walked off some holes to check distances.  Not precise but pretty close.
1-230ft
2-300ft
3-288ft
4-207ft
5-219ft
6-216ft
7-270ft
8-180ft
9-182ft
10-162ft(Island)
11-102ft
12-282ft

I thought the last sunmer league was last week?

So did I.  What are we doing tonight?  Day-Glow, triples, Dubs, Cali-singles, singles, wolf, superclass, bocci ball, hacki-sack, horseshoes, 5:20, 5:30, 6:00?

Talking with Fred last night, he is waiting until actual time change(Nov 3rd) to do anything official.

In the meantime, Old Pike had 18 out last night.  So go there for fun Tuesdays through October.

I vote all courses(whichever we play) need to be in Championship Layout(aka- hardest pin settings).  Shooting even should be killing it.

I can make SMP set up so that 54 is almost 1000 rated. Just say the word.

Word.

Those debris cost me 2 birdies last night, and almost a third.  I was confused as to where I was supposed to move the multiple 500 lb tree trunk chunks, so I just rolled them downhill into my competition.  Luckily for them though, they were all jump putting at the time and just "Joey Gathright-ed" right over those logs.

Blue valley kansas. 167th and antioch. By BV northwest highschool.

It's Blue Valley West High School, and Easy access from HWY 69, turn west on 167th for 1/2 mile to Antioch.  Turn North, go 1/3 mile to left on 165th. Course will be on your right.  You can park along curb of 165th or park in Pleasant Ridge Middle School parking lot next to football field.  Have fun! Hope there are lots of aces hit:)

IMHP... (that's a contradiction in itself)
If you win it once.  You shouldn't play it again. ...
Unless you're a rec player. ... or  mentally challenged.
Let the "delete Mike's post" count down begin... :'(
i don't understand your thinking, you say don't support this tournament just because you won your division before,so should that go for all tournaments that you play in,win and never play it again

I have never played; so I have never Won this event. Does this mean I can drop from Open and play it this year and every year after until I win it....Just so I can support this event.

I'll start with the Rec Division this year ;)

No worries. I figured that might piss some people off. But in my defense, I have played the dinker course about 3 times a week for the past 2.5 years and have only 5 aces out there >:(.  So I am not that big of a threat to your ace fund

179
^^ Correct. Play it everyday on lunch.  If you guys play sometime around 11/11:30 Friday, myself and a couple co-workers will make it out over lunch to run some aces!

Another idea, on same course tourneys.  Call up a couple food trucks to come out, half hour lunch, boom, back on the course.
