Thanks for the well-ran tourney as always.  Everything is always smooth and on time with DD.

Only year we should have a work day, or 2, before the tourney.   Just to trim some branches up on some of the Wooded holes.  Gets a little tighter every year with no trimming.  Holes 9 & 15 at Blackthorn, and holes 5, 6, 7, and 13 at Woodhenge come to mind mostly.

Thanks again.  Love the courses either way though, and little to no wind was amazing:)

Very cool Rob.  Love the enthusiasm.  #'s get better every week too!

Do we have any women that would like to play for the West Side???

I'm taking applications....because I don't want the East Side to have any more excuses than they would normally.

I know Mina will be in Japan, along with all of our Masters.

Both A and B apply to me (graduated high school and college in KS).

You should only play for the state you live in.  Period.

I'm going to make you wish you would have pledge your allegiance to Kansas when you see that Trophy held up by a bunch of Blue Jerseys AGAIN!!!  :o

....Not been enough $hiit talking yet this year.  Let it begin!!!

After last night's wet qualifier round:  Here are the 13 Qualified spots for the West Side:
1) Dick Parker
2) Joe Hesting
3) Arturo Villareal
4) Beckett Carduff
5) Nick Alteiri
6) Jon Thomas
7) Steve Thimmisch
8. Peter Bures
9) Kevin Zane
10) Mark Albers
11) Frank Weaver
12) Lee Killian
13) Bryan Guthrie

I have 3 other picks that will be playing, and will post them when I find out they can play all 3 rounds for sure.

I need everybody on this list to get a hold of me this week please.  I need to know whether you need a shirt, and what size....also need to know if you plan to play all 3 rounds or just Saturday or Sunday.  Or if you plan to play at all.  It will be a whole lot easier if all qualified players just play all 3 rounds.  I need  to know this info ASAP so I know how many alternates we need.

Schedule again is:
Saturday, June 7th @ Blue Valley, MO(Alt. Shot Doubles) at approx.  3:00pm??? Not sure of exact time yet.
Sunday, June 8th @ Lakeside Olathe, KS (Best shot Doubles) at approx. 9:00am???
Sunday, June 8th @ Lakeside Olathe, KS (Singles)  following lunch.

Please PM me your
1) phone # and your friend's phone #'s if they do not read this board.
2) shirt size (unless you already have one from last year)
3) Which rounds you plan to play.

Lakeside (Birdland) tonight!!!  West Side (Best Side) Qualifier!!!!

Be there.

Kansas needs you!!

Get out and get qualified tonight at Lakeside!!!!!!

We need some Kansas Players!

West Siiide Unite!

I would say #12 and 15 should have been par 4's.   There's no way anyone's getting a 2 on #12 in that placement unless they throw in a field ace.

Agreed Par 56.  Hole 12 & 15

Where were you Tom?

I feel like hole 1 is a par 5

If they move the pin location up the hill to where the basket is more visible from your tee shot.  Then you can call it a 4.

I also feel Hole 3 long could be a par 5.  I have maybe had 1 putt on it for 3 ever, and feel good every time I 4 it.

But Hole 14 could be a par 3.  Had plenty of putts for 2 on that.

I feel like hole 1 is a par 5

Jose 3'd it last night for a recent reference and I've 3'd it a couple of times.  All depends on the wind I suppose.

I got $5 on neither one of you jelly-arms 3ing it tomorrow.
