i visited with the cat who was mowing the course the 2nd time it was ever mowed.
he was changing his 3rd flat tire and didn't seem to upset, but i'm sure he had an awful time.
i think 14 needs to be mowed to the creek bed and you gotta spot 7 the entire course would be a lot to cut.

palmer are we gonna do league again?

apparently there were plenty of foretwenty related arrests yesterday. you do put yourself at risk for 'spacial' profiling if you wear something that suggests you partake in illegal activities.

i dont know why people are after rico, isn't marijuana a Gateway drug?

Legacy Park - Lee's Summit / legacy league?
« on: March 09, 2009, 06:59:57 PM »
are we going to have a club league at legacy?
if so, do we have a day for sure?

i heard a possible friday league.
wyco is further; but rosey is probablly busier.

i love wednesday, but whatever. i also heard that the parks talked about a season that you would sign up and pay for. that would be cool, hopefully we can do both.

i think you're going to need waders to get your disc back. the rake gives you no sensitivity(i'm not sure what you made it of)

one of the funniest things i've seen , was a lake rake someone made in columbia, mo to retrieve discs. it was a 2x4 piece with about a dozen bolts put in it. this guy wound up and made a huge toss right to the middle of the pond and his rake floated. he took off mad as a hornet as my group and i tried pick ourselves up off the ground. what an idiot.

good luck

hey glover are you gonna get down on that 20-1 action or what?

big ben is concussed.(knocks to a fragile head-bike crash)

i hate the chargers, i hate the steelers, the eagles win it all.

mo has no bragging rights this year: mu v. ku, the rams, the chiefs(thank god they pulled the plug on the brigade)

maybe a leavenworth resident will start at Q.B. next year?

Bag Tags / Re: 2009 Tags??
« on: December 09, 2008, 07:38:39 AM »
i have held a tag for 3 years, never finishing very low. one thing i noticed is that some people are completely opposed to the tag idea, like when you ask if they have a tag they reply with something like "f that". i think you have to be able to enjoy your challenges wether or not you get a look at numero uno. there are also some bag tag rules but it's hard to police 250 individuals.

how many tags are you suggesting to split for the top league participants?
what about high end participants who didn't have a tag and might want to get one w/new rules in place?

no, complaining definitley hurt us. since the testees couldn't leave well enough alone we're gonna have to wait for new pads. it was understood there would be problems with pouring them first. i just think the course is sweet and i'll probablly be able to play a little everyday when it is in. i thought that time had already come.

it's hard to stomach that they had multiple completion dates, put the baskets in and pulled them a couple weeks later; stating the pins were only in for a "test" run and now there is no date. it's good to go, changes can still be made while baskets are up and if you're too good to throw at 126' hole, back up and make a mando. as for the water i personally would throw around it. if the course is closed then why are there L.S. thugs throwing at sticks?-ghetto. putting is golf.

it looks like it's mowed from tee to pin, like an 8' fairway kind of. i'm hoping that directs me from hole to hole.

on my way to work today, out of the corner of my eye, i barely saw a flash of yellow. then as i approached colbern rd. i saw them. discatchers! not on the side of the parks building upside down; but upright pins just aching for me to miss high(tink). i was running late and couldn't stop, however, tomorrow 7am i will try and traverse the rough terrain and get my first round in at legacy park.
