I have grad classes on Fridays for the next month or two. Jake Bowen may be replacing me, but any volunteers can give it a shot too. It's easy and a nice way to help the club out.

It's necessary to smoke out the bugs in the 2 foot high grass that will inevitably be crawling all over you, simply for landing in the "fairway".

Hopefully the city mows this week. I will still run league for the brave souls that want to wade through that s**t, but I'm not going to trudge in it.

It doesn't really matter when the "fairway" is up to your knees. We almost lost drives in the fairway on hole 5 last week.

10's short placement is right on the water's edge, just over. the long placement is about 150 past that, down the hill to the north.
