Lee, Ryan and Eric don't feel bag about playing Am 1, the guy winning Am 3 took all your bags home with him.

It is the main idea behind this tournament. I was happy to give pointers to the junior player on my card first round. Tyler is ready to move up and he was very humble about it too. Nice tournament again, Rick.

If  anybody has some time early sunday morning let me know, i'm gonna need a little help carrying all this sand up to rosedale. In bags ya know. ;D ;D ;D

I was thinking the same and then I saw Keck is in as well. Okay, I may not be a sand bagger after all.  See you out there.

As of Wednesday the red practice baskets at Swope, were still there. These had been moved to BV to supplement the long and short set ups. Dan Cashen will move the baskets back at some point. Again, this is a volunteer effort, so please bear that in mind.

He showed me how to be better in so many ways. I was playing down under when I heard. I played many early morning rounds with Dave and the guys down under, and this was hard to hear. He was an inspiration to all who knew him. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Scott, thanks for the fun afternoon.  This was a great Ace Race!

Got my first ever ace today.  Witnessed by Dan Cashen, Dan Howard, Mark Stiles, Thomas (dont know last name), my wife Amy, and my 6 year old Hannah.  Subsequently, on the very next hole, got my second ever ace with the same disc.

Van

In true Van style, I *like this.

Thomas Davis. Just say it, the black guy.  ;D

Congrats Van. I heard you were hot today!

Plenty of spots left? I'm on the fence about coming out.

Anybody got a Z-buzz I could borrow? or a Star Roc? I could go either way. ;D

You should have got off the fence. You missed out. The vibe was great, competition high, and lots of great people. I met 15 new players, too. Turn out was a little lower than hoped, yet we made a superb day of it.

Roc won by seven tenths of a stroke. Jose took fist place. Jose Roc'd this one for sure.

Halbaby was perhaps the big winner with his five dollar bet resulting in a one hundred ten dollar payout taking the CTP for the Big Boy. Thanks to DD for adding fifty to the one hundred sixty dollar ace fund.

Scores ad details to follow Monday evening.

Anyone interested in a player's pack, which are killer, can pick one up at DGW, DD, or with me at Swope League.
