Lost a pink Surge with white stamp in the mucky muck behind basket 7.  I looked around for a little bit and pondered at how I'm a bozo for not watching it land.  Contact info is on it.

Beginners / Playing aplenty

Obvious references aside, what's the preferred method of healing your shoulder after playing/throwing a lot?  Usually I just eat a decent amount of protein and let my shoulder rebuild itself weekend to weekend, but lately it has been a little more raw than before.
