In keeping a positive experience for our disc golf community, we reserve the right to take down photos, comments and other material deemed "unproductive,” by the KCFDC. This includes, but is not limited to, vulgar language, disturbing photos, angry or aggressive behavior toward fellow members and posting anything in violation of any intellectual property right of another. If someone persists in offensive behavior or continually violates any of our house rules, we may block that person from further participation. So please, just remember to respect everyone here and on the course.
Well I'm certainly guilty here. Since the Wide Open, I've fallen off as far as converting scores and payouts to online readable formats. From next week forward I'll be entering league data on Thursday nights directly into a tablet or laptop. Time to start using technology (duh)! Water Works has had 599 participants so far this season on 17 played weeks. We're averaging over 35 people a week. I confirmed with Teddy Keith that June 6th 2013 was a record breaking night, at 56 participants at WW!
Ask what you can do to help folks. The KCFDC world goes round through volunteer hours, as well as selfless thoughts and actions. If it takes Jack Lowe getting nasty, and spreading wild rumors about you at song night, fine; let it fire you up to make disc golf better in KC. Expect more from me, ask me how we can make it better!
Seriously, if you're into technology and want to use your skills toward making KC the best DG city on the planet; the KCFDC tech team needs you. Come use your brain ô¿ô
Nope, I don't really have time for CTP at Water Works league. If someone wanted to organize it, and get a sponsor behind it we could make it happen. Let me know if you have any ideas, I'm always up to listen and discuss.
Until then I'll give ya a big pat on the back for your closest-to-pin efforts
