haha i was more pissed off cause i got the poison ivy.

just cause i hate the course doesnt mean i think its a horrible course.. lol

just like if u say u hate a course doesnt mean its a bad course its just not the kinda course u like

i am in no way good enough to play the course i make way to many mistakes and grip lock alot and still need more practice on disc selection.

once i learn to correct my mistakes maybe it will be a better experience for me but atm its not.

Hate is such a strong word....  And what I have gathered from your posts thus far is that you have an intense dislike for poison ivy. Specifically the poison ivy present in areas of Water Works disc golf course. However, you haven't given any specific reasons, beyond the presence of poison ivy, as to why you hate Water Works. It's a little like you telling us that you hate the state of Arizona because there is a lot of sand there and you really hate sand. When we all know there are plenty of other reasons to hate the state of Arizona, although for the life of me I can't come up with one right now. Let me get back to you on that.....

What you have succeeded in doing is to liven up what had otherwise been a rather slow news day on this here DISCussion board.   

nope its just a really really strong hate for all poison ivy. mainly when i get it twice from the same course in a month lol

i have been really good not to get poison ivy for years and then i get it twice in a row

i acctually have no hard feeling towards WW personally i think its a good course not my favorite but closest one to me lol

Saying that you hate Water Works in this particular forum is what makes people think you're a moron.  Your arguments have removed all doubt.

This is a pretty fun thread.  I am sure you hate Young Park then cause of the ivy. Even with 350 hours of spraying that we  have logged with numeruos volunteers we still have it, but much less than last year.  It makes you concentrate that much harder on a good straight/placement throw.

The lynch mob is ready to protect the dearly beloved WW.  Disc golfers are sooo serious and this thread is becoming a classic already.  We will see more hits on this page then something meaningful. 

Since we are talking about sillyness, did anyone else see "Happy Endings" on ABC last night?  They mentioned FROLF several times.

no i played there about 7 rounds this summer and didnt get poison ivy from there at all u guys did a real great job

well obvisouly u still dont understand ALL I WAS DOING WAS STATING MY OPINION OF THIS COURSE not putting it down.

i never said it sucked or anything bad about it.

I along with the people "defending" (as u put it) all said it had poison ivy.

no1 here has ever said anything bad about the course. just because every1 puts up with the poison ivy doesnt mean i have to.

so u can stop calling me a moron untill I acttually do something to deserve it

do u comprehend that or do i have to put it in more simple terms for u?

the fact that its a good course? NO that cant be it cause no1 here has said this course sucks.

the fact that it has a lot of poison ivy? NO cause every1 here has said it has poison ivy.

please fill me in on what u are defending the course from plz....

because no1 here has said anything bad about the course expect for me stating my opinion about the course

Only person here complaining is you. All i have done this whole time is tell my opinion of this course and defend myself. I guess people cant tell opinions of courses on this site.

If that is not the case then tell me why u still havent said anything about what the topic is about? instead of my typing methods. In my 2-3 years of playing courses in kansas city I personally havent found a course with poison ivy other then WW. Not to say there is'nt poison ivy at the other courses I haven't found any. I might be the only 1 to say that i hate WW but I am 100% sure im not the only one that hates WW.

not true at all on the right edge of the fairway on hole 13 poison ivy grows. that is were i got my first poison ivy. thx

seriously dude, i threw a LOT of shots into the woods and I still do.  way off the beaten path.  but that doesn't mean that i'm going to bash the course for my bad shots.

did i ever say the course sucks??? or anything bad NO all i did was give my opinion on the course yes my opinion is that I hate it and it has more poison ivy then the other courses that i have played but to u it may not so goodbye 

I'm done now with this thread.  Between the lack of proper grammar and the lack of any kind of consistent punctuation, I can't even read that last response.

NEWSFLASH:  When you get on the KCFDC board and say you hate WaterWorks for any kind of arbitrary reason (such as too much poison ivy), you will get ridiculed.

lol I cant even tell u how many times ive read a post like this. it normally happens when a moron gets told off and cant think of anything to say about the topic so they make up some lame comeback about the person's typing. lol GG
