For Masters, I pay USD or KCK based on who is playing in that division or if someone specifically requests one way or another.  The default is KCK unless someone like Jamie Barry or Ted Keith are playing, then I pay USD and inform others that it is USD.

I had requested a refund through the dg scene site directly.  Does this method not work?

Please contact Scott at Scott (at) dynamicdiscs (dot) com with your preference of refund.

I do not have access the the DGscene site for this tournament.

Rosedale DU ratings are posted. Full results coming tomorrow. Haven't given too many shout outs this year like I did last year, but tonight, I want to give a BIG shout out to Liz Borg-Bowman who as far as I can tell, shot her first 800+ rated round, eclipsing her previous hot round by over 70 points. WOW! I'm not ashamed to say we tied. Great round Liz.

Unfortunately Scott and I are cancelling the Matchboxx 64.  In order for this type of match play tournament to work, we needed to have a set number of players in order to create proper matches without byes.  We are sorry we need to cancel, but at this time with the registrations we have, it will not work out.

As you recall, registration was $21 + approximately $1.34 handling fee.  You can get a refund one of three ways, the first two are preferred.

1.   Apply a $25 credit towards any future 2015 Dynamic Discs Kansas City (DDKC) event.  This is not applicable towards events run by Maverick DG, the KCFDC (club events), or Dynamic Discs Emporia.

2.   Apply a $25 credit towards product at the DDKC store.

3.   Receive a $21 refund via the method you paid.  For this last option, the $1.34 handling fee is not refundable as it is actually retained by DiscGolfScene.com.

Please contact Scott at Scott (at) dynamicdiscs (dot) com with your preference of refund.

Again, we are sorry that we need to cancel the event.  Hopefully we’ll see you soon at other tournaments this fall.

I'm not totally sure yet.  Damon has been working on getting some new pin locations put in at the course, so I'm 70% sure we will play the normal holes, albeit with some new pin locations.

Vroc is a Roc or other?

Joe - you crack me up. Because you normally don't like it when TDs change the course from the normal layout!

Last Meandering Monday of the year.

Rosedale Down Under

Looks like it will be a great evening and we won't get rained out like last time we tried to play DU.  Daylight ends at 8pm.  So, sign up starts at 5:30, tee off at 5:45 SHARP.

Meet at picnic round table near Hole 9 Tee box.

Been awhile since this has come up for discussion.  In order for this format of match play to work, we need to have numbers that are exponents of 4 such as 4, 8, 16, 32.  Byes would not be far.

In order to move forward, we need to have these numbers to make it worth while:

Pro - 8
Am - 16
Women - 4

Currently we have:

Pro - 3
Am - 8
Women - 3 (one had to drop out)

On Monday, 8/24, Scott Reek and I (Rob Martin) will evaluate if we leave registration open or cancel the tournament.  I would recommend that if you want to play in this to sign up this weekend so that we can see on Monday to continue moving forward or not.

As information, if we have a number that is not 4, 8, 16 or 32, those divisions will be scaled back to divisible numbers.  It will be done on a first come, first serve basis, so if you are #9 and it gets paired back to 8, your entry will be refunded.

No, we are not opening up any other divisions.  If you have any other questions, please ask.
