exellent review Loomis! Exactly my comments. Hole 4 and 9 my favs. Parking is the only problem. Butler says P&R are going to help remedy this.

By the way, add 1 to about all your holes and that is what I shot first time full round. +14 for a sophomore player. A good starting place.

Friday Traveling league there tomorrow morning at 9am.

Found and Lost / Blue Beast lost in lake at Cliff Dr.
« on: March 14, 2013, 05:58:47 AM »
Caleb j. lost his beast throwing accross the lake late fall. Hit the tree and dropped straight down in lake. He will be swimming soon to find it, unless someone has been in already.

WYCO / Re: Post tourney round

Thanks Tracy . . . I didn't make it over to Wyco yesterday (Monday) anyway and not until about 3:30.

Thanks again for the great layout and all the hard work. You made me remember how much harder a tourney layout can be from a everyday casual round.

Wow! I guess the toungue in cheek comments out shadowed the props to Scott and the smiley faces and what I thought was obvious obsurdity.  To be perfectly clear, I was trying to be humorous. I really enjoy jack's (and others) humor here and thought he might get mine. I will resrain myself from any further attempts.

Just checked the calendar . . . March 24 is Monkey Island Open, and I'm already paid. Dang me. Have fun.

As a side note, I talked to Jeremy a while back, and he informed that by the time Worlds hits, the tee pads will be bigger at Peter Pan.  Getting an "overhaul", if you will.  8)

YEA! The one thing I really don't like about PP - the narrow tee pads get in my head. I guess that is part of (was) the difficulty of the course.

@Scott, hope you understand, I was NOT complaining. You did what you thought was right and with your knowledge of the speed and placement of all cards, you were the one to make the call.

On the other hand, if someone did get struck by lightning, since it is a KCFDC event, insurance would have covered any damages . . .

. . . and just think of the national/international publicity disc golf, Kansas City and WyCo park could have gotten. (Who cares about the shmuck that got struck)  ;) ;D
