Different tracks or always the same?
We had just been playing out at Phill as it was kind of impromptu and we all live around that area. I'm right at the Grandview Triangle so I am free to head anywhere.

FTL Once a Month Glow Round?

hmmmm. That could be arranged. maybe a second round after regular FTL. ???? sounds fun

Some of us have been doing a Thursday night glow on Thursdays at around 7:30. I could definitely be talked into a Friday night round. I'm really starting to take a shine (pardon the pun) to glow golf  :P

Chris and I were going to be up there EARLY!!! I am hoping I will also have the Yearta brothers coming with us as well. We were thinking of starting at day break to make sure we had plenty of time to hit all three courses and to keep bunching at a minimum. Regardless, Chris and I are there for three with possibly two joining us. I'm ready to lose my low tags in the heat of battle! ONWARD: TO PARADISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went for a quick lunchbreak round at Young yesterday and first throw off the tee on the first hole hit one of the trees guarding the opening to the fairway and shot straight left. I initially thought it would get caught in the fur trees next to where it hit but I kept hearing it fight through leaves further and further away. I spent a good twenty minutes looking along the creek bed and in #16s fairway but came up empty. It has my contact info all along the rim.

Disc golf is making a push. Two behind fishing and ten behind walking and hiking.

Voted and shared the link to Facebook.  ;D

What if you can't make all the rounds?  How are you going to do bag tags?  I'm suppose to coach a game at 9am, but would love to participate in this.

It will be run with club championship tag rules. Everyone who plays three rounds will have access to the highest tags, two rounds get you the next highest of what's available, and one round will receive the lower third.

Also the two smaller trees in the middle of 13s fairway were marked as my son and I were teeing off. It's a sad state of affairs for the trees on our courses   :-[

General Banter / Re: 54 Hole Smithville event

So...there's been some comments on various threads about a 54 hole single day event at Smithville.

Is this going to happen?

I would be interested in either a Friday or a Saturday schedule permitting.  This coming weekend 9/27 or 9/28 would be great.

Its in the works right now for a Saturday in mid-late October bonanza. I was discussing it with Harold and he was thinking Club championship tag rules will apply. You don't have to play all three rounds but the more rounds you play the better tags you can get. Just trying to hammer out the logistics, I believe.

Harold, did I explain this correctly?
