On May 6th I announced the split pools

Less than a week until the Paradise Diamond in Smithville and we are currently at 63 registered players, they are coming in daily, don't miss out!!

Registration is officially Open!!!

Registration will be live on Thursday.  After coming back from the GBO, we are pretty motivated and the ideas are flowing.  Make sure to get registered early to secure your spot

I walked the course last night and this course is simply amazing.  If you have not played it, this is your chance.  Don't wait and get signed up soon if you are planning on playing.  Only a few more spots left.

A slight change as of now.  This could change once/when pre registration picks up but to be safe the pools are as follows.

Pool A (Wood Henge and Black Thorn)
All Open Divisions
Advanced Men
Advanced Women
Amateur Masters

Pool B (Black Thorn and Wood Henge)
Amateur Grand Masters
Intermediate Men
Intermediate Women
Recreational Men

As of today we will not use Beaver Creek unless the registration gets to a point that i can justify using it also.  This also helps with the Ace Fund situation of everyone playing on the same courses.  If you have any questions, feel free to let me know

There will be 2 Pools.  Everyone will play Rosedale on one day and Waterworks on the other day.

Just over a week away, I'm excited for my first FLHW.

A few more registrations have come in, I'll get updated at the beginning of the week.

Just an update.  Things are coming along.  The parks helped me mow a few holes the other day.  I am still working and if someone wants to help during the week, let me know.

What items would everyone like to see in their players package this year. For the MAC, we try to have a larger than normal players package and still provide a professional experience.

As of now, it is looking to be 3 Discs, T-Shirt, DD Shoes and a Tall Grass Koozie and whatever else we can come up with for the players package. (Subject to change)

Welcome to the 2nd Midwest Amateur Championship held in Kansas City on August 2 and 3rd, 2014. This is a PDGA B Tier event and is designed to give a professional atmosphere for an Amateur Only Event.

1 round each day on a Tee Time format. Waterworks and Rosedale Disc Golf Course will be used and set up in their championship positions.

This year we will once again have a killer players package and Tall Grass Brewery is on board as our title players package sponsor.

$50 for all Amateur Divisions
$40 for Recreational (Trophy only)

Registration will open for this event on May 8th and based on last years registration, it will fill fast.

You can register online or

Since I will be at the GBO on May 1st and unable to order the shirts, so I am going to move the cut off for the Ams to be registered in order to get the T-Shirt to May 5th.
