Pleasant Hill / 5/14 New Players League
« on: May 17, 2015, 02:00:52 pm »
A freshly mowed, soggy course was in store for us Thursday night. Sometime during the week the large dead tree at hole seven t-pad had some issues and P&R cut most of it down. Who knows what will happen to Steve's woodpeckers.

Pleasant Hill / P Hill work day
« on: March 26, 2015, 11:39:13 am »
Guess I will post this so people don't show up on the wrong day and time. I plan on a Work day this Sunday starting at 9:30am. "If" I get the new tee signs that will be priority one. If I don't get those in time or I have plenty of help there is a bridge to build and at least two pins that need to be dug up and reinstalled back in new concrete. I currently have atleast 2 people helping. I will know by Friday night if the tee signs are a go. At that point I will post it here so sveryone will know what amount of work there is to be done.

General Banter / Raymore course, why go?
« on: September 23, 2014, 07:58:44 pm »
Just played the fastest round ever. Probably because it's a nine hole course or because it had soccer and football practices on holes 1,4,5,6 and 9. So tonight it is a 4 hole course. I spoke with several coaches and they are all P&R teams. They all said that the p&r dept decides where the practice and that's where they were told to go. On the upside I met an elderly gentleman and his wife with their grandson trying to figure out disc golf for the first time. Got to spend 45 minutes with them playing what holes we could. So there is Definitly people seeing the new course.
