rob, I really don't have anything new to trade, but I'll take the Wide Open Putter for Cash. I bought Harolds off of him and It would be nice to have more than one with the same stamp. Just let me know a price and we can trade through Harold or Jeff, or I might be able to make NEXT weeks FTL

It was my first time playing Legacy and I had a blast. I think it's a great track that everyone should go out and enjoy!

Just to let you all know... Permethrin, the main chemical used to spray for tick's, in a gross estimate of about 150 acres (the land that is used for the Disc Golf Course), would cost about $2500 for just the chemical application. Not including the man hours / spray equipment. The best prevention of tick's is consistant mowing of less than 4", thus why most ball golf courses never need to spray for ticks, and why it is expensive to do so. This also only gives about a 90 day residual, because of the EPA's dislike of long residual chemicals. One good application of Dursban would keep the little buggers away for years... dang the EPA for keeping us cancer free.

General Banter / Re: Pay to play in KC

Pmart there will always be people who hate new ideas or judge before knowing. I like your idea, its been in the back of my brain for a while now, but like the formentioned said I do not have a track of land (atleast within 50 miles) of KC to attempt to do this. If anyone needs a grounds keeper for a private course, that will pay a decent salary, I will gladly do it. I will not need any workers, just equipment, and yes I have a degree in turf management, and soon to have a Business Management degree. Chainsaw, weedeater, backpack sprayer, 50-72" mower, hand tools, 18+ baskets, and time is all i need. Plenty of good guys that can do layouts/design around town. Just let me know when and where and i'll be there.

With that being said you should go check out SMPark. One of my co-workers left our course and went to JOCo parks and Rec and has been doing a bang up job on the course there. New gravel around pads, defined fairways, proper mowing and trimming, and it's not pay to play.

I love you guys, so don't take this the wrong way, because i just played a horrific round, but can we get the pin's moved out at PC? They have been in the same positions since late May. Now that I live 2 minutes from the course I have played there about 10-15 times in the last 5 weeks and I would like to lose my disc's on other parts of the course. I do appreciate the work that is done to maintain the course, and let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Found and Lost / Bad PC Round

After a good layup drive on #13 I flick jerked my beloved orange and black misprint DD stamped Boss into the creek about 1/2 way from the bend to the left basket. I didn't have my scuba gear and machete to go get it, so the brave soul who wants to grab it I will either give you a crisp $10 bill or a 6er of your choice.

I also flick jerked my other standard orange blizzard boss in the Shhh on the left of #14 and couldnt find it as well (before the treeline). That one isn't as dear to me, but as you can tell this round wasn't going my way

My next shot on #14 landed my Ape in a tree that took me 15 minutes and one stuck putter to get down, and after yanking 8 ticks off of me I think im going to ice my shoulder and go to bed.

Cool, sorry for the late reply. I think I can make 10 (be there about 9:30). Got to get up and cut holes in the roof, but it shouldnt take to long and "getting up" in my house with 2 kids means 6am (and thats sleeping in from my normal 4:15am wake up to go to work).

I was playing With Harold and the boys this morning at Rosy. I believe it was #9 in long position. I grip locked it to the right, threw a nice reverse spike right at the edge of the woods next to the basket, and it was gone. I walked all of that treacherous hill from the top to the DU hole and I couldnt find it. Name and Number are on it, but if you find it and feel that you want to keep it thats cool too.

I lost to Greg in a play off hole and he gave me that Nasty #267 so I will be there at Rosedale this Friday to dump it on someone else. What time is tee off?
