Yeah, there is that as well.  ;D

Jack, I'm sorry but I won't be making this workday nor the following day at Water Works. They offered me OT at the job all weekend and I really need to catch up on lost funds. Just can't do it this time bro.

Possibly, I do have to go and grab the girls though, but they can enjoy the Blue Line with dad just as much, and probably enjoy the backlash of father daughter hatred for the other's team.. ;D

Aw yeah, that'd be sweet. Marley in your right ear, me in your left ear, we're gonna make an angry Blackhawk fan outta you dude!

You gonna be up for watching Redwings/Blackhawks game 2 at Blue Line afterward?

I asked a couple guys but one is having scheduling problems and the other cannot do it that day.

(From the Department of Redundancy Department.) ;D

If I show up it will be after work (on the nightshift now) so there's no telling what kind of shape I'll be in. Will do my best, though! ;D

Hinck is right. He lucked out and won his match. And while the east side shines the light on "win," it's undenialable that the key phrase is "lucked out."

Sounds like the Memphis/KU National Championship game. ;D

I would propose that when the thieves are caught, their names are made known to the KCFDC membership, and they are banned from any KCFDC league or event for life. I believe the PDGA disciplinary folks could be persuaded to also ban them from participating in any PDGA events for a period of time as well. I doubt the low- lifes that stole our basket(s) care about any of this, but maybe?

Definitely this.

keizer this link is for you

It was only a matter of time! I myself have had the "Wouldn't it be cool..." thought about a DG course throughout the ghetto as I've driven through there in the past. Next time I go, I'll try to get a picture of Jane Laskey park, which has 3' tall grass and some bent-over Innova baskets. It's quite post-apocalyptic looking.

The things that I find interesting about this matter is the newness of the course and the suspected means by which it was removed from its location.  The location itself is fairly obvious and with all of the precipitation was there any indication of a disturbed area, footprints, digging, etc.?  Then the recent blacklisting of the website with Google also sparks some curiosity.

Something about the speculation around that lock being picked just does not add up to me.

Thinking the Google blacklisting connection might be a bit of a stretch, but I'm with ya on the lock picking thing. I think someone either F'ed up and didn't close the lock properly, or it's an inside job like 9/11 only less serious.

Please let know the place that pays $15 for the amount of steel a disc golf basket is made from.

Everything seems fine from my Android phone, but I was getting a malware warning with every click when I got on here from the iMac this morning.

We had 2 people opt out of the Ace fund last night...

Hey, now there's an idea. Looks like I'll be saving that $1 from now on after all. Viva la troco del taco!

One good mid-grade saw and one sharp chain will cut out a line in a few hours.

Yeah, one of your lines, maybe. Like #2 and #14 at Young-- those ain't lines, those are spaces where a disc might fly through if the thrower is lucky. ;D

Good one, I bet that's not something people think of very often. It's the little things, y'all!
