General Banter / Re: Todays round...
« on: February 03, 2013, 09:18:26 AM »
It's been a while since I played SMP and I don't remember the tee pads looking like that, with gravel and all that. When did those go in?

The gravel was put in sometime in the last few months, to help keep things dry around the tee. While it is more dry, the gravel can be mildly annoying.

If it's anything like #5 at Cliff, there will be pieces of gravel on the pad itself. But it is only a mild annoyance compared to a bunch of mud every time it rains. Anyway, it looks real nice in that video. 8)

Well at least you'll still be able to throw nice drivers. ;)

Congrats, Tank. Hope 2013 is your best year ever! 8)

I'd be more worried about Star Trek.

Make it so, #1! 8)

congrats on your weight lose Tank.   The biggest accomplishment Tank is that you are prolonging your life expectancy by losing fat.

Heck, I think I last saw Tank about 2 months ago, and he was looking trimmer than usual then. Congrats, Tank! 8)

Yes, we do have a beer sponsor.  Tallgrass Brewery, they have expressed interest in being more active with the KCFDC as a whole.

That's some damn good beer.

BTW I am a huge fan of yours. Maybe I am misguided.

Boy, I'll say! ;D ;D ;D

If we pick up Dog Killer I'm done with the Chiefs.

Lemme get this straight: You're not done with them when they had a player who murdered the mother of his child, had countless players who committed DUIs and put other humans' lives at risk, and let woman beaters like Larry Johnson play for them, but you'll be done with them if they hire a guy who killed a few stinkin' dogs? Glover, you're one misguided individual.

Please, no more of those highly articulate and well-spoken LSU players.

Lets just call it a great big game of Red Rover. Welcome to the mix bag revolution. Reinvent your game!

I can totally understand the pros wanting to mix it up if they feel it will help their game. As for me, I need to have a game before I can reinvent one! ;D

For those of us who don't really keep track, what are you guys talking about? Sponsorship affiliations?

What kinds of names are discs are supposed to have? I don't think the names sound corny by themselves, but put them together and an obvious theme emerges... maybe that's a bit corny. Are we to expect a "Jailbreak" or a "Lockdown" next? Or a "Contraband"? Oh, I know! A super beefy, overstable, Drone-esque midrange called a "Bubba"! (Sold as a set with a really flippy, understable one called a "Punk b%tch", of course!) ;D
