I just work in warranty and studied terms of use during PC hardware and networking classes. Anyone who has jailbroken or unlocked an ipod/iphone knows about bricking devices.

Yeah, but you're not exactly tied to anyone's services when you purchase a disc golf bag. It doesn't need system updates and there are no warranty/repair plans that I'm aware of. This is funny stuff, though, so keep it coming. ;D

I know we expect altruism, but what is the incentive?  Could we do a discount for next league?  Just a thought....

In this particular case, the incentive would be... (and this is totally gonna blow you away so get ready)

...not having to look at an overflowing trash can. Take a moment and visualize that, if you would. :)

I was referring to Tracy's general statement that once you purchase something you can do whatever you want with it.

But we're talking about Grip bags... Anyway, I modified my statement to be specific about disc golf bags.  Is there a warranty offered on the Grip bag?  Do purchasers of a Grip bag have to sign a Terms of Use contract?

Could we be seeing the effects on the younger generation of the endless sea of policies, rules, regulations, laws, ordinances, etc? It's almost as if there's a need or inner urge to be in compliance before any action is performed, their every move, their very existence mapped and plotted by some imaginary higher authority. Fascinating.

air shot or roller?

It was an anny thrown about as high as could be. It was still in the air when it went out of sight and headed down the alley.

You forgot one of Arturo's ace runs, when his drive was found 30' PAST the pin on #6. Of course, he did make birdie, which is nearly as impressive.

The drum pad should be complete. When I left, we had run out of concrete, so Arturo is just going to level out what was available on the main stage. What we'll end up with, for now, should be a "base layer" of concrete that will  be capped off when the driver gets another load of extra mix.

It is going to be so friggin' cool when it's done.

HUGE THANKS...

...to Josh Harvey for coming all the way out from Olathe to help with the forms. We rocked them out in no time flat. To those who didn't show up, we probably got more done without you in our way. ;D

Good to meet you this morning, Josh!

I seen a couple fat dudes swimming with about 20 discs today. Lots of regular league dudes names. I asked for the ones from people I knew and they said nope. They told me they sell them to play it again and DD.  I think not calling people is BS. Ive been in there a few times and always call or drop at DD for no money.   So maybe tom, andy, deano, cooper yall should call DD and tell them not to buy these. Or we kick their asses and feed them to the ticks on hole 13.                                                                                       Also the soccer mexis need to throw their trash in the 5 trash cans on the treeline between 11s teepad and the right pin placement.  Unreal  5 blue cans and 100 plastic water bottles laying 2 ft from them.  I picked up a few but jeeze what a bunch of crap.  I say  we chain 12s bench to a tree so they quit taking it down the hill to watch their stupid futbol game,  errr fagball. Just my .02

LOL, a disc golfer talking smack about soccer. ::)

I realize this is very short notice, but figured it was worth a shot. I need someone to meet me at Cliff Drive at 9am tomorrow (Monday, 8/6) to help nail some concrete forms together and level them out. Just really need an extra pair of hands. We were not able to complete the forms this weekend, and they have to get done tomorrow. The wood is already cut, and I have a framing nailer and air compressor so this shouldn't take long as there are only two forms to build.

If you are free in the morning and can come out, just meet me at the hanging basket on Hole #8 at 9am. Message me on here if you have any questions.
