No Rosewoods and no bananas in tailpipes.

I just think it'd be awesome to have a popular, centrally-located league on Friday nights during the summer. More of a party atmosphere. Maybe cook hotdogs on the grill beforehand. After league, folks could play glow or just hang out and chill since most would not have to worry about leaving right away to get to bed for work the next day. I realize it has been done that way at Wyco but that course is just so far out and so is Legacy for the westsiders.

I will not get into calling Legacy lame, but Legacy is just as far out as Wyco for most of us.  Legacy move to Monday or Tuesday, and Cliff or Swope move to Fridays. That's my vote.

That'd be fine as well.

What makes Legacy so lame?  Have you played the new pin positions?

I do not know what makes Legacy so lame, and no, I have not played the new pin positions. ;D

Can't run it except on the 4 or 5 Friday evenings I'll have off this season. I just wish there were better Friday evening league options than "way out" Wyco and "lame ass" Legacy. I have to take vacation days to play league and who wants to burn vacation on days other than Fridays? >:( ;D

Would love to here the plans for cliff whens the next work day I got a chain saw  ;)

Couple more holes going in between #2 and Reservoir Dr, for starters. Work has already begun, waiting now for the ground to dry a bit and then we can get back to honeysuckle removal in that area.

Let's move it to Fridays. We need a centrally-located Friday league and Cliff is the perfect party venue.

I guess I spoke too soon, no fires at the park.

No fires that you can stand around and enjoy, anyway. ;)

Careful Rob, there's a few admitted dime droppers on this site and also one guy in particular who has dialed 911 over far less important matters. ;D

ok.....positive post by Keizer.....I have issues that Keizer has no issues.

I only complain about events in which I play poorly.

I guess the thing about the drinks was the only thing I noticed. If not for having to work in the afternoon, the beer would've been just fine, though. ;D

Great job by all involved, I had a blast! 8)

We had a productive afternoon today. We walked L5 and cleaned up the trees while looking for the long pin placement (never found it), We cleared honeysuckle/trimmed the tree shoots/vines from the fairway trees on L9. We opened up the tree barrier and cleared a lot of honeysuckle at S13. Thanks to Ben, Adam, and his, out of town, friend Bobby for all the work today. 8 man hours total.

Way to go, y'all. 8)

FYI, #5's other placement is in that thick stuff on the right side when you're looking down the fairway from the tee. Probably farther down the fairway than you might think. I don't remember ever seeing that area cleared so that the long pin could be used.
