USM / Re: Wednesday at USM

Another change of plans for USM this evening. We'll be teeing off from the Oak Kiln tonight with a couple of temp placements in play. We did this last year a few times and it worked great. This will allow us to avoid the crowd over by #1 completely until we get around to tee #2.

If you are coming up and need directions to the oak kiln area just let me know. Basically, you come in the main paved entrance that is south of the brick road entrance, then take a right toward the top of the hill on a small gravel side-road that goes down toward the baseball field. Parking will be easier and we should pretty much have that area to ourselves.

I will be missing this week  Got prior engagements going on. Hopefully you all play next week, I went out to Swope League last night and placed 2nd...Hope all goes well tonight!!

Jack still comes up to me occasionally and says, "Hey, you know this is a disc golf course don't you?".   

Oh I can take the jokes and dish them out as well...and if I get lucky I can beat people at disc golfm isn't that right sirbronco? HAHHA

Jack I read the flier, I am new to playing courses around KCMO areas. I just didn't know what course it was, is it called Olathe? I know I look stupid right now, my bad. Just trying to figure it out!

You would get a players package as long as you are playing Amateur.  You can register the day prior assuming there are still open spots remaining.

Ok I will be playing Am and I am a PDGA member, this will be my first tournament playing as a member, so I need to start getting points and my rating. Where exactly is this taking place at, I mean which course?

I will keep an eye out and hopefully I can get in on this. Cash is kinda tight right now or I would buy in today...

whats wrong with WW...one of the best courses in town!  Love WW!

I tried it once by myself and just the hills killed me. I am sure if I had a partner it would be better. I know bnorris has tried talking me into going again, maybe I will have to bring a gallon of water and tough it out.

I told Brandon, I walked the mountains of Afghanistan and that course kicked my arse HAHA

Joined last week and played little blue for the first time dropped from 299 to 155, shot a 65 and won by 1 stroke.

Do you play any leagues? I want a shot at this 155!

If I register September 1 will that give you enough time for the players pack???
