6 o'clock, vip parking lot; we'll have some of the flat lights so popular with the young folks.
fred may even make an appearance and tell all about swope winterglow!

thanks for the invite, but we like to keep it local. most of us get to the gully close to 6, nothing against old poke. until fred shows up dayglow will have to do. there were more people out there playing casual glow than we had in our radical splinter cell.

dan was close, matt only birdied the first ten holes, including a 90 footer on number 10. we would have shot 15 or 16 if suzette hadn't been calling long tees and I could make a putt longer than 12 feet.

please pay this guy before he breaks the club record of 3 1/2 months. andy lewis made it happen for two of us in 07. he said they needed the accounting and would chase the cash later.
help birdfather! share your wisdom.

imagine rolling up to the vip parking lot and wondering why someone spray painted a big orange C and 92 on an elm tree. then playing an open piehole round counting the other 91 damaged and diseased trees ready for the low bidders to start clearing out the best/worst thing about swope. love it when people say the course is too easy.
please ask them to leave the "Y" tree on 15, nothing better than a griplock drive sailing cleanly through.
and why does neal keep changing thread topics? will someone please show him how to start a new topic?

I believe the  guth  is making reference to my erroneous thinking that lead to a gross misinterpretation of the rules even after several conversations with the td.

here's a helpful hint: if you never pitch in to help or have never run an event and you have an issue or question, bring it up BEFORE the event is over. chances are it can be resolved then and there.
and go ahead and add three strokes to the player whose score you were keeping and he still finished ahead of you.
Thanks for a great time Eric, 125.05 reasons to celebrate and a roc ain't one.

About what time will this thing end? I'm thinking about coming up for a Royals game (been a long time since they have been in a postseason race) and wonder if I could fit both in that day.  Thanks

I am planning on keeping on schedule as much as possible. With foursomes on 18 of 21 holes, play should move fairly smoothly.

8:30 Check-in/Day of Registration
8:55 Players Meeting
9:10 First Round Start
~11:40 Lunch and Ring of Fire
~12:40 Second Round Start
~3:40 Awards and CTP for ACE fund if needed.

Last year, I had folks out a little after 4, but well before 5. With only Rocs and Buzzzes play moves along. You just need to decide which Roc or Buzzz to throw or putt with.
