Lost somewhere between hole 8 and 14.  This is a black Sharpie permanent marker with dynamic discs logo on the side.  Please contact me if found and I'll give you my address so you can Fedex Priority Overnight it to my house.

I took the GoPro.  Here are some snaps.  Maybe I'll post video.





I cut my ribbons 18" long; that was almost not long enough for all the snow today as you can tell from the third picture.

That house is way overpriced right now considering the neighborhood median income is $30,994.

Using this formula, you can tell if a house is overpriced or not:

90% of Monthly Repayment / (70% of Neighbor's Income / 12 Months)
If the answer is over 20%, then the house is overpriced.  In this example the Percent of Average Monthly Income of Neighbors for this house is a whopping 36%

657*0.9 / ((30994*0.7)/12) = .36
Considering all this, This house should, more appropriately, be priced at or under $76,000 that would be a monthly payment of $356 (76000*.00469)

I'm D.S. who threw 130 in Intermediate.  That was 58 down under and 72 up top ; my worst round ever.

If I would have thrown my average round up top, between 58 and 62, I would have been considered a bagger too.  I don't know about the guys below me, but they could have either played up from Rec., or just had a bad day like me, which led to the ten-throw gap on the intermediate scores.
