If you're taking I-70 east, be sure to check out Blue Springs <Wilbur Young> Park off Adams Dairy Parkway, it's only a couple of miles south of the interstate. The course has an excellent flow and you can play long and short pads simultaneously, netting 36 holes of golf in under 2 hours.
Here are 3 suggestions since I am regretfully not attending: 1. League schedules for the summer should begin on the vernal<spring> equinox and run through the autumnal<fall> equinox 2. recognition for those who do volunteer and put in the labor, nominate and vote to award one golden shovel<or machete> award for a complimentary club membership or tournament entry fee. 3. implement some sort of singles winter league
As a fan and follower of hip-hop and disc golf, I theorize there's some whack MC with a clique of rappers in chains flossing the number 1 on their wrists, probably fronting by candy glossing the steel into gold. I'd check Memorial Hall the next time Tech drops a gig, and see the supporting acts.
gotta say flat tax is best, 20% of 400 or 20% of 1500 or 20% of 30,000 fills the coffers, that's the good thing of the earnings tax, the more you make the more you pay is logical and fair. One concern with the earnings taxes are they're way too geographically unfair, and it's an extra extra tax, not "the tax". I'm not convinced that PIAC grants really come from earnings tax revenue, especially since some communities spend more than they collect. i vote down any extra taxes based on the fact that taxes suck.........and extra taxes suck more..........and lower taxes suck less.
