24 hours and 39 minutes X 7, still a seven day week bro, just an extra 5 hours, however a martian year takes 687 earth days, the time to orbit our sun, so it doesn't take  rocket science to realize that is where our next disc golf course should be.

i gotta agree with rick here, learning new shots, perfecting the clutch putt and breaking in new plastic are what leagues are for me, and playing nice with others.

how about half price night for seniors, or just make league $3.00 and encourage skins or side bets on each card, let's get lots of players of all skill levels out to leagues!

973 feet skimmed over ice, not a difficult distance to reach.

why have different colored baskets other than the fact they might cost more. if you lose a blue, you could replace it with a red one i suppose. some one should invent a pole with different colored cloth on top so you can see the wind direction and call it a fladg. also you could powder coat over the double galvanized steel, so when it chips from my ace runs, little specs of colored paint can collect under the pin or jam the bent locks from my spike hyzers.

this is the great debate, to shoot people brandishing weapons or run like hell<in a zig zag pattern>. as far as saving tax dollars, look at the military budget! we could be cool and kill as many people overseas for 1/1000th of what we currently spend by concealing our actions, or we could suck and entice confused high school kids to make a career out of killing. bad people carry guns, that's a fact. short<tempered> people feel a need to carry aswell. if violence sucks, would you turn in Joe Redneck for an illegal carry or use? and eliminate the need for trials appeals and incarceration? you have changed my mind now i think violence sucks, nobody should be killed, even they're guilty of murder, abortion, terrorism or protecting their homeland. keep the jails open though, we gotta punish the nutzoids somehow. pass the popcorn mike.

there's 2 types of turbo: John J, and Jay R use the dart turbo, keeping the disc in front of the body with very little "backswing", and very little distance to it, but accurate with muscle memory. Mark M. and myself use a softball throw, drawing the disc behind the shoulder and pushing with full extension, and can reach 40-50 ft on a good day. both techniques require a last second twist on release to give the disc spin. it's a great putt and very rarely goes into 3 putt range, i use it infrequently now, since my backhand putts have improved, and the reliability has waned, but it's a great putt to have, as is the sidearm putt. opposite hand putting is also a great putt to learn, especially sidearm as it will get you out of some gnarly predicaments. Derek R uses a scooby turbo that helixes, go figure.
