Looks like #1, #17, #18 are in the shorter positions, a couple of guys shot 64 on Thursday. They were from out of town, and commented on a lot of trash on the course, so please try to bring a bag and pick a little up if you're out there for some casual play.
Twenty souls out for Thursday league, 85 and partly cloudy. Of note, LaRon has tag #1, and CD holds tag #4. OPEN LaRon H 47 Bobby V 52 Brad M 52 Ken H 53 CD S 53 Sean M 53 Kevin C 54 Brian G 54 Tom M 55 Sean E 57 Fred N 67 Matt H 68

Pins moved Sunday, July 16 ! Thanks go to Fred Netherton helping out on a hot day. Now #4 is short, #8 short and deucable, #13 short(er), #15 right, and #18 left. This configuration is probably the shortest you'll see this season.
All leagues are open to public, $4.00 for club members, $5.00 for non members, and you can pay an additional $1.00 for the ace pool if you're feeling like you're gonna hit one. Tee at 6:00 pm, but get there 15 minutes earlier for sign-up.
The signs are terrific, and accurate especially when you scope out some alternative placements like the ridiculously long 7 placement. One question on #10 fairway and green, is that a shorter left placement almost in the #1 fairway?? The posted elevation changes sure do help also.
Big Thank You to Kevin for running doubles yesterday! The baskets are in and it was great to see a lot of golfers out and about. Too bad it took 5 hours for one round, pick up the pace and I don't mean salsa!
