General Banter / Re: Moving to KC in June
« on: June 18, 2007, 12:02:30 PM »
There's league every night of the week, the summer leagues running from daylight savings in Spring to daylight savings in Fall. Glow leagues are on the inverse schedule, and only twice a week. Homie league ($25.00 skins) never ever ends. I moved here from CR 10 years ago, and there is really a great appreciation here for all the volunteers, always something you can do in just an hour or two a week that makes a difference. You can join the club very easily, officers are elected in November I think.

Part of the beauty of disc golf is the fact that all holes on any course is pro par 3. DOT = 3

21 holes (3 added), 105 played, awesome weather, great layout. Too many undefined OB's. I shot 79 ouch and 62 sweet to avoid DFL in open division. Easy drive under 3 hours from KC, I'd recommend it when the pads and poles go permanent.

I would like to be involved in this league, however I work at 3:00 pm and must be off course by 1:30. I would be cool with a 10:00 am sharp tee, you think it runs less than 3.5 hours? Also I will be at tournaments aswell and can only commit 6 days in advance at most.

Blue Valley / Shorter Course
« on: December 29, 2006, 01:10:30 PM »
Looks like #1, #17, #18 are in the shorter positions, a couple of guys shot 64 on Thursday. They were from out of town, and commented on a lot of trash on the course, so please try to bring a bag and pick a little up if you're out there for some casual play.
