Folks,
As stated before, we are having the top 34 (we were doing 30, but had a big tie for 30th place) in league particiaption draw first on the bag tags, to reward those folks who play league most often, and also to try and get the low numbered tags in circulation, at least at the start. Here's the rules:
1. You must have purchased a bag tag to draw in the top 34, obviously. This also means your KCFDC dues are current.
2. If you purchased a bag tag, but cannot make it to Ice Bowl or stay for the drawing, then we will draw a tag for you.
3. If neither 1 or 2 are true, then we will move down the list to the number #32 most frequent participant....etc, etc.
The tags in play for the top 34 will be tags 1 through 33, and tag #200.
Here's the top 62. I've put a break where the top 34 is.

Now, obviously, not everyone in top 34 will buy a bag tag (Arturo and Todd Henry didn't get one last year, for example), and there will be some people that aren't at Ice Bowl, so that's why I included the next 30 names or so.
