Tournaments / Re: Kansas City Team Challenge 2017 - June 24-25

I think it would be only fair to let each side choose their "away" jersey color. Since I choose each sides colors the first year. Yes, it was me. Sorry bout that. The caveat would be that we need to decide early enough for the printers to get the shirts in stock.

I vote purple for West side Away jersey's than!!!!!!

*then.. Damn K-State grads.

Damn it!  Dick!

They may not be able to spell, but at least half their bench won't be in handcuffs come March.

Wow. A Tiger fan talking about players in handcuffs...

If you want me to, I can create a list of all past players on each side of the line and email them a questionnaire and find out what everyone thinks. I have everyone's contact info from the membership list so it wouldn't be hard. Just let me know what you think.

If LDO happens on August 12, I will be looking to be first card out, if possible 945 am, so if there are other golfers who would like to form a card, I would like to finish in time since I 'll probably have to  work that night.

I believe we are looking at the 19th as the date. I'll let Jack confirm or deny since he called me a liar. #thanksjack

I am glad MK rescheduled and compliment his decision to do so.

But I wonder why this was said.

"We aren't canceling because of weather.  The SM Parks and Rec will not let us play."

Because the weather isn't bad. It's a high of 34 today and there was .010" that isn't turning to Ice. Most places are already reporting that the Ice Storm is basically over and never happened for KC.

It's unfortunate KCFDC wasn't as proactive, as imho, KCFDC should have been so, mimicing the local, city, county and state agencies playing it safe according to the National Weather Service bulletins, which is a Federal agency.

What are you talking about? Let's bash the volunteer efforts a the few who actually do something here in KC for our Disc Golf community. He is acting in accordance with the SMP department by moving the event to next week on behalf of the KCFDC.

Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone has more birdies and less bogies in 2017. Hell, go get an Ace or 10 while you're at it.

By the looks of this schedule, there is no room for a LDO in 2017. We would be going up against something every weekend. I've lost quite a bit of money over the last 3 years so that is something I'll have to ponder.

Barter Town / Re: For Sale - 1st Production Run Zuca Cart

Dick, any idea if your ZUCA or a newer one will accommodate a wider/older top-of-the-line (at the time) Revolution brand DG bag...as far as clearance w/ the wheels/etc...?
Photos?
TIA

Well, I don't know. I did sell my Zuca already. Mine was not a "Backpack" or "Universal" cart so it was made primarily for the Zuca bag. I would think that it would work on a old Revolution bag tho.

Yes indeed. We are at the beautiful Prarie Center all winter.

Tonight to break up the dominating team the last two weeks, I proclaim Thimmesch and Taylor to both play opposite hand Cali.

Do you guys have lights if one decides to join you?

I'll share photos later . Likely tomorrow. I paid $410 for it when it came out. I'm not looking for that but keep it in mind. Most of these I have seen go for $250+. I'm willing to listen to offers.
