dunno.. I liked the length myself. The tpad moved not the basket just to clarify. It still is a good hole just not as far. I saw it and was like ooohh.. I thought the same thing when he said he aced.

I bought mine today... Forty-five minutes of tossing it around and I agree - it's super fast, but it's not all that stable. It likes to flip a bit. I don't know if I have a "big arm" or not, but for those of you that know me this information will make more sense. For those of you that don't, I usually throw over 375 consistently.
I bought a 175 and all discs are usually over-stable when new (at least, that's my experience), so I expected some over-stability but it's really acting more like a under-stable disc. More like a weathered Wraith than a Teerex.
It sure is fun to watch fly though...
PS the "2009 worlds" discs are in, go in and buy one to help raise some bread for the big show.
Dude, you aced #1 at SMP. You've got a good arm.
Yep, Worlds discs are here! Come and get 'em!
It's a "me" day.
Come on, Dick. All us Leos know all too well, that EVERYDAY is "me" day.
We are conjuring up a glow round for Halloween instead of league play.
Tracy, correct me if you are wrong, but you will not be running league on that night??
Tom and I have been thinking about a 6:00 random doubles in some sort of 6-6-6 format.
Costumes (with actual effort) will be awarded a six pack of adult beverages before the round and the bset one will recieve an assortment of plastic from yours truely.
Most likely a non-club event in order to keep payout at a maximum with no ace fund.
It's actually a "rafter" of turkey. Gaggle would be geese on water. Geese in the air would be a skein of geese.
I stand corrected. My face is as red as a Snood with embarrassment.
My favorite group name is, of course, a "murder" of crows.
To understand how hard Winthrop Gold is, just count how many players shot par or better. Then count the number of 1000 rated players that shot over par.Or take a look at what the 1000 rated rounds were for each round. (par 68)
1st round: 70 = 999
2nd round: 70 = 1002
3rd round: 69 = 1001
4th round: 68.5 = 1000 (68=997 and 67=1003)
That's the only course/tourney I can recall where 1000 rated rounds were over par.
Caleb? Do you still have my Bag Tag #17 that we collected from Dick Parker at Swope on 9/30 'Twas my understanding we tied at 49, and you had the higher tag. You can have my #63
Arturo has developed a very solid mental game and PRACTICES many different shots.. I talked with him after his tournament sunday night and he was so happy and very humble. I was even more impressed when he said he threw a couple of his favorites in the drink early in the week warming up. Arturo is a GREAT player and an AWESOME person.
Why do you think he had a bad if you want to call it that, first round?
I'm thinking maybe because it was his first time playing the course?
