To be fair, Chris is a Pro Master. This is a far stretch from saying he is a "pro". Many Pro Masters are just Adv Men who got old enough to play for cash and not worry about young punks with good knees and big arms. Hell, I can be considered a pro, when in all honesty I'm just a decent AM, with no real division I can play in.

Fun Fact: Chris is best known for being able to chug a gallon of milk every morning before his rounds.

I retreived all the discs from the Swope shelter last Sunday. I have called or text or emailed everyone. Two of them had either no name/# or a # that was disconnected. One of them was an In-Step Saturn Midrange with no name and Number. Trust me, you can have it even if it isn't yours :). And the other was A Vulcan with a bad # on it and the name Brandon F.

I'm trying to get a key to the shack so I can get those discs and bring the down to DGW. I'll be heading there after work today around 3. Hopefully I can get in and get them.

Everyone lost. It was very sad.

Your drop zone on the hole is ... interesting. Why double punish people?

It's Rand Matney's disc most likely. Old school player who comes into the shop a lot. You can bring it down here and I'll get it back to him.

I know it is early but planning for the future. Any idea on dates for this. The Might Mo is the same weekend as the Chiefs bye week.

Jack and I are going.

Hah. Sorry, didn't see that one either. I'll get them up in the morning. Geeze.

All subsequent fairways lined with O.B. are also O.B. for you. So if you are in another persons fairway, you are o.b.

Can anyone clarify the schedule for Pool C Advanced men? I am confused to where we are playing on Saturday, the KC Wide Open website says Blue Valley, but the caddy book says Wyco for Saturday and Sunday. Also, what is this business about groups? Sorry if this info is in plain sight somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it myself. Thanks!

Yes. The website is correct. The caddy book has some oversight, and there will be an amendment added to clear up any confusion.

Group 1 and 2 are on Tee Times at Blue Valley. Group 1 starts their rolling start at 8:00 am. Group 2 (C POOL) is off directly after the A Pool. You will need to check on line at or to see what time you are scheduled to tee off. Hopefully that helps clear it up.

Nice.  There will be an insert in all the caddy books with corrections.

A Pool will be on shotgun at WYCO and TEE TIMES AT BV.

Hole 4 at BV is still missing an entire chain.

I wanted to point this out that I made this comment on April 18th of last year (2013) and the chain is STILL missing on this hole.  I've let Doug and Dick both know about it, so hoping it is fixed before the tournament.  Nothing like throwing a good upshot on this hole that ends up behind the basket and staring at nothing but the pole; no chain.

Nah, we are just going to remove all the chains around the outside to make it uniform.
