Please visit www.pittdgc.110mb.com for info on the PITT OPEN!

I can't seem to figure out how to attach a pdf to this message board and don't want to type out all the info.  If someone could help me in this area I would appreciate it.

This tournament will take place at Schlanger Park which we have a proposal to put in 18 permanent holes at this location if funding is approved.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Hope to see some of you there!

Thanks

General Banter / Stolen basket in Pittsburg KS
« on: January 25, 2010, 04:30:25 PM »
Unfortunately I have to report that we had a temp basket stolen after our Ice Bowl tournament on 1/23 in Pittsburg KS.  I bought this basket for our club to use for temp holes during tournament play and eventually use as a permanent hole to add extra holes to our course as we purchase them.  Now that won't be the case due to some criminals out there.  If anyone hears who is responsible for this criminal activity then we would like to offer an award for the return of our basket to the PITT Disc Golf Club or if whoever stole it would like to return it...no questions asked...I can be reached by phone at 620-249-8747.  Thanks

Tournaments / Hosting a tournament
« on: September 28, 2009, 02:22:22 PM »
I am trying to host a tournament in Pittsburg KS and the city is wanting to meet with me about insurance.  Does anyone have to pay the city an insurance fee to host a non-sanctioned tournament on a course in the Kansas City area?

Club Archives / course maps on PDGA website
« on: July 17, 2009, 09:06:52 AM »
I noticed the PDGA website had posted maps of the courses.  When I came across WYCO I thought you guys did a major overhaul of the course because none of it looked familiar.  I've only played it once but still couldn't figure out any of the course.  Is this the correct map posted because I noticed the same map is listed for Thornfield too?  Just F.Y.I. in case it's a mistake and you want to get it updated before the Worlds begin.  Thanks
