need to do inventory on nickel guards and get an order in to derek kotval at dga asap.  played 1 1/2 rounds at ww last week with a new putter and its probably 3 grams lighter following.  coordinate with other cc's to do bulk order.

As far as your local team league.  I think you made it too complicated. And again trying to get every course involved from the beginning is probably too ambitious. Shoot for four - 4 man teams for the first league and grow from there. Keep it simple, raw score total wins the match up.

Kind of like the Tavistock Cup.  Started out a few years back as just Lake Nona vs. Isleworth.  I think this year they had 7 clubs participate.  Though, I think it still only alternates between those two courses.

I've personally never met Ken Dicus, but Adam Schieber is well aware of the assistance the disc golf course and disc golfers have brought to cleaning up that park.  He is a good person to have on our side and I'm sure he included us in his discussion with the reporter.  It is disappointing that the reporter chose not to include us in his article.  Several groups have been talking about using that reservoir and park space to the west for many years and nothing has happened yet.  I've heard many different ideas of what COULD be done with both, although a restaurant is a new one for me.  I wouldn't hold your breath to lose that part of the course just yet.  If/when they do take it, they will direct us to take other parts of the park for our use.  Rest assured the neighborhood and parks dept like having us there.

9. Blue Valley Hole 18 (original) Long. I have never ever seen it, nor have I ever heard of it being "three'd" by anyone.

i've personally 3'd it twice and saw it 3'd another.  the legit 3 was a drive almost to 17s tee pad, about 3 road skips on my 2nd shot, and canning an 80' jump putt.  the other 3 was a blind fairway ace with a 09 kc worlds drone.  i would like to tell you that i won some money off of arturo for that one but those 4 skins didn't make up for the other 9 i was down that day.

i heard that you need 4 this year for ace fund/league, is that correct?

that is my understanding as well danger.  we changed that in the spring of 2010.  3 to form a division, 4 to form a league (i believe it was 6 to form a league before that).  i was unaware that we had lowered the number even further.

I believe that we are now on year 3 of the laptop, bought in 12/09 I believe.. no major repairs have been needed, and it hasn't had to be taken in to have the blades sharpened, or the air filter replaced yet...

computer shutting down.  kc here i come.  you can still sign-up for this event online through tonight.  or at ddkc today or tomorrow.  or by emailing me at treeloveclassic@gmail.com.  just a reminder, ams who havent already pre-registered will have to pick up their am players pack at ddkc starting next week (unless you live out of the metro).  those will be available towards the end of next week.  shirts sound sweet thanks to matt hays at foretwenty.  at this time, we have plenty of spots open in all divisions.
