i have two.  both are quite a bit faster than my forces or flashes.  one is really flippy and the other is semi-stable now but will probably get flippy pretty fast.  neither can handle a head wind.

somewhat but not enough for a straight or hyzer approach.  gonna need a good tee shot followed by a nice smooth flippy roc/comet/meteor for a reasonable 3.  forehand approaches should stick well also.

all of the aforementioned would be entitled "bag aces".  doesnt matter if its throw 2 or 2000.  the second one always goes in, right keizer?  most tourneys/leagues would pay you half of the ace pot if you aced a hole on a second shot as a cali or a mulligan for a charity event.  not sure what kc does though.  i.e. you would get $2.50 from me if i was with you but i know first hand brad's broke a$$ didnt pay you.  he's gonna have to start playing by himself so he can afford rent, lol.  congrats on the tag and the bag ace though.

I jumped the gun (and the weather) and moved 6 pins today.  Par is 59.  Here is how they now stand:

1:  Only
2:  Long
3:  Only
4:  Right
5:  Short
6:  Long

10: Middle
11: Middle
12: Only
13: Long
14: Only

Yeah its a tough 3 for us mre mortals....was talking about that yesterday, those people that get to 11, 13, 15, 16 are not human....they play a different game

not so much on 15 as 18.  15 is less than 400'.  with the correct wind, i've seen a couple of crazy shots get inside 100' of 17's peninsula.  you can add that to your list though it is a much riskier bird to go after.  with your game jack, you probably throw an old san marino to the short pin and lay up with a putter.  tap in for three and save your risk/reward bird shot for 18.

No, I'm not talking about a weapon dumped at Cliff although I wouldn't bet against it. Cliff has been returned to it's worlds pin settings for the holidays.  I'm looking for someone to one up Matt Orum's 45.  Best of luck and Happy Holidays to you all!

It should be considered a 57 in my mind.  I have not moved it to the Worlds setting yet, and I know that Drew wants some keys, so I may try to do that Saturday Morning, before I try to watch the Steelers kill the Chiefs this weekend.....

drew here. i'm all for it in worlds setting again. I would be happy to set it up for any special occasion. Especially for a former kc dg brother. One thing i intend to do during my term is move at least 6 pins per month plus movement by request by td's of events (w/ reasonable notice).  It needs to be longer now because its been short since lions den/mighty mo and winter lines are now available. Hole 11 long will play noticeably different by thanksgiving than it did at worlds. Hope u enjoy the new route option. Have a safe trip to kc ryan. Remember, the great jack nicholas once said, u miss 100 percent of the puts u leave short.

count me in on the committee for something at smithville.  i currently live between liberty and smithville and am looking at property in the smithville area.  jesse james park north of kearney is a beautiful little facility with the amphitheater but there is so much else there with not much room for a challenging disc golf course.  maybe a family friendly starter course though.  smithville, on clay county park land would have so much more to work with.

d.u. is looking sweeeeeettt and as we discussed i was previously not a fan.
to all those who can, even if not preparing for worlds, get out there and play this asap.   its well worth the drive.  it will definitely show you your weaknesses in your midrange and short game.

now back to jack's baby, ....... and my new home course, cliff.

Fred S slammed hole 5 for an ace at the Tee Pad Open.  Cost myself, Dick P, Andy L, and Tracy W five bones plus some skins.
If you remember John, you could have joined us in Fred Smith donation day but you fell behind with better company.

could not disagree more dick, there are a ton of great golf holes out there.  i cant decide if this or cliff is the best course in town.  it doesnt get much use because its not for ams, it doesnt get mowed enough, and its a long round.  mental concentration for placement golf on top of the length and the hills wears my fat a$$ out.....but that doesnt mean its not a top notch pro course that will actually test my game.  how about a round to discuss it hole by hole, shot by shot?
