I was hoping to get in some practice rounds this weekend and I was wondering if we know what the pin placements are going to be. I realize that it won't be set but knowing the placements would allow for some practice time.
Thanks Bill

I know that the player check in is 12-6 on Thursday and I also know that it is at Swope but what I was not sure about is where at Swope.  I may have missed it but I have spoken to others and have never got a clear answer.

I lost an orange bubble top wraith on 5 gold today.  It was on the right side near the bottom of the hill as you make your second throw.  We searched for quite a while but no luck.  My name and number is on the disc and maybe with east vs west it will be found. It's another disc I would really love to get back.
Thanks Bill

Yesterday, 5/13, I put a pink star wraith in to the lake on hole 16 on Blackthorn.  It is an ace disc so it has my name and number plus the signature of four others.  It went in near the shore but the lake was pretty churned up and I had no luck seeing it.  I would love to get it back.
Thanks, Bill Shinoski

I played both courses last Friday and when I returned home I found just two ticks.  By the way I felt that both courses were in pretty good shape.  There was some downed wood on Woodhenge but over all the grass had been cut and the rough was not too bad.

The course does look great and the new pin placements are also nice. I played it this morning and I will be back there tomorrow to try it again if anyone would like to join me.

There is a basket missing on 11 long so we could not play the inner course. We could play some shortened pads 10, 12, and 13.  By the way I was out there this morning and the course looks great.  I think that there are new pin placements on 2, 5, 14, 16 and 18.  Looking forward to Monday and City of Fountians next week.

Scott, I was wondering when we might see the courses set up for City of Fountains?
Thanks Bill

It gets better. We almost had two aces on that hole, I got chains and a bounce out.

The tee sign on hole 7 has come off of the tree and is laying there on the ground.  I was not sure what to do so I thought I should just post it and the right thing could be done.

I assume that you are talking about the large group of trees at the top of the wash at the parking lot.  I was just going to remove the small trees that have begun to grow up.

John, I thought I might clean out the volunteer trees in the rock wash from the parking lot to the bridge on one.  But before I did I wanted to check with you to make sure it was OK and I was also not sure where to put the brush once cut.

Thanks, Bill Shinoski
