I played Young today and I was surprised to see that the basket on hole 6 was missing. The lock an the locking collar were still there they just unbolted the basket and pulled it. I spoke with someone else out there and they said that it had been gone for several days. The other thing that I noticed is that most of the course is in need of a good mow. The more public areas have been done but the remainder of the course has not seen a mower in quite a while. Bill
I got to play Liberty on Saturday the 23. The course was in great shape and fun to play. It has a good mix of long and short but the only thing I found to be an issue was the size of the pads. I saw an earlier post about back filling to level the pads and it should solve most of that. I was wondering are those cherry trees on #11's tee box? There was a ton of fruit on them but I was not sure what it was. Bill
Here are the results from our Blue Valley, use all three layouts excursion. It was a nice, hot night for disc golf. CD won the CTP and the coveted beer from Ryan. The signature hole for the evening was from the penisula in the pond to short 3 placement. See you all next week back at Cliff. Bill Open: Jose-51 Becket-52 Peter Burnes-53 Zeke-55 CD-56
