Thanks for all of those who pre registered for the event.. Cross your fingers for the weather to hold out. For those of you who did not get in Im sorry maybe next year you will be able to take part in the event.

See ya saturday rain or shine players meeting a 10 a.m. If for some reason you need to get in and out before then we will try and make arrangements for you. Once again thank you.

Thanks to those who showed up for a nice evening of DG at Young Park. Highlight of the night on the open card was Ted Keith's near ace on hole 5 long. He had a nice line off the tee pad and just after I said "listen for it". We heard chains!!! When we arrived at the green Ted's disc was right under the basket. NICE SHOT TED.

12 out for a night of dubs. I guess you gotta have a broken leg to play well out here!!! Steven "Bourne" Dresser and Lee Killian won the setup with a 53 with everyone else in steady progression following. Steve was out in a boot cast thingy with a broken leg to show us all how its done.

12 folks showed up for the short/long pad round. The weather left nothing to be desired for this one. Billy Nelson shot the hot round with a 49. There were 9 standard pads and 9 short.

I will be running some alternate short pads at league from now until the time change.  If you have not tried this format I would like to invite you out for league to give it a try. See ya weds @ 6. Also please try and be on time and paid up ten minutes early as this helps with getting started on time.

Had 16 fantastic faces out for a heck of an evening at Young. We had 3 ties. 2 cards with 48 and 55 on them and the weather turned in our favor for once.
There was a playoff between James/Eric and Steve/Seth for the win. Steve/Seth came through the playoff with the win. Dan/Beth used their -2 adv. to take the last of the cash.

Since I and the others that played last night enjoyed the format so much. I do believe this will become an every month deal. Thanks Spencer and Crew for driving out to play Young park. Seen quite a few new faces last night.

Had our average of 13 out tonight. We played some alternate pads on some of the holes and everyone seemed to enjoy it. We will be doing random draw dubs next week for league. I'm thinking from now on I will be doing the tee pad mix up on the last week of the month and the dubs will be the first week.

I heard there was an ace hit after the round was over by Roland but I cant remember the hole. I was very surprised there were not more scores on the under side of par. I was 4 down and only had one bogie but it was a triple. Thanks for hanging in and finishing the round Keizer. Your the man!!!  I'm pretty sure the ace fund is over a hundred out here now. I will get the exact figure by next week.

Tomorrows league we will be using some of the alternate tee pads on some of the holes. So if you have a problem with trees or high scores this could help ya out. It will be just as much, if not twice the fun as our regular weds league. See ya there @ 6pm sharp!!
