Another GREAT FTL friday, Harold you really deserve some recognition for putting together a fun and competetive out of the box league on Fridays!

Played PC yesterday, early, and the course looked GREAT! The baskets are moved and the grass is mowed the way they do only in Olathe, like a fricking well manicured ball golf fairway. Thanks Tom and the Olathe crew (many listed above) for giving PC some much needed love! Wish I could be there to help today but I'm working like a dog until labor day weekend.

Rosedale / Naked ladies sighting at Rosedale on Monday

The Lycoris Squamigera popping up all around hole four's tee are really looking beautiful. Know what else is looking beautiful, Hole #1. Great job gents, a mountain of mulch was moved by Pete Cashen, Dave Z, Jay R, Danny K, and a Texan up for the tourney that they roped in to help. All in and around the 4x4 posts set to kill the erosion problem. Love it when Rosey gets the love! Majority of the pins were still long, imagine that, hope Bob hasn't lost the keys  ;D

Is there still a Rosedale league?
Yes, Wednesdays at 6pm.

Kills me to have to say it because this would be a really fun friday, but I'm not gonna be able to join you, work overload this week. I mention this because I was the only one who voted BC/Lawrence last week so you may want to reconsider your choice of locations.

It's the only course in town that has the baskets moved a couple of times a week, thank you BOB WARD!, and it's the main reason I regularly drive past three other courses on my way in to play Rosey. Please allow Bob to continue to move the baskets this week. Clean up hole 1's tourney placement (it hasn't been used all year), the cat box on 16 also, and then move the baskets during the week prior. You may earn a little good will from the majority of the people who play this course, the one's not playing in the MAC.

Thanks for the review Ted (and the sweet photo). My vote is Baldwin City course in the morning, Free State Brewery for lunch, and Centennial in the afternoon.

Rosedale / Hole #1 looks beautiful!

Played Rozy tonight and league wednesday and wanted to mention that the erosion prevention work around the short woods placements is SPECTACULAR! There was at least two inches of rain on Monday and no mud around that basket Wednesday at all. The only one I know involved for certain was Tink, he said he helped spread mulch but lotsa love to whoever put in the 4x4's and rebar.  Erosion efficient and aesthetically pleasing, you guys are really onto something here!

9 players, only one rated above 900 and the PDGA will give you ratings for the night, that's amazing. Can we sanction beer league?

It was as amazing day Mike. The weather, like the Barbecue, was fantastic. You had lots of GREAT help and a big thanks to each and every one of them. We missed some who think "I'm not in the US" is a perfectly fine excuse for not being there, but I guess I can't blame 'em.

Wasn't a problem at all Jay, Penny (who's temporarily running league) had started our card on hole 5 and we changed that to hole 10. I was just having some fun.

That's round trip Peter, one thing I know about Jack, 75mph speed limits don't apply.
